    Brainy breakfast smoothie recipe

    Ingredients

    • 2 bananas
    • 1 stick celery
    • 1 cup spinach
    • 1 mandarin
    • 1/4 lemon
    • 1 orange
    • 1/2 passion fruit
    • 2-3 cups water

    Method

    Peel bananas, orange and mandarin.

    Chop celery and spinach. Juice lemon. Scoop out passion fruit pulp.

    Add all ingredients to Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.

    Serve immediately.
