Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Method:
Place oil and vinegar into a jar and shake just before use.

- There are a huge variety of ingredients that cooks like to add to this combination. For some it’s as simple as a little Dijon mustard and others like to add lemon juice, garlic, sugar, grain mustard salt and pepper and honey. No matter what you add it all starts with this ratio.
