Baking is a fun way to get the kids helping out in the kitchen, and most of us have found ourselves whipping together a batch of cookies or cupcakes for a shared lunch one of the littlies forgot to mention until the night before.

Baked goods are the best, but with all the added sugars that going into making a delicious batch of cookies, they aren’t always the healthiest option as a treat at home or in the lunchbox.

Sugar-free baking just got easier with Natvia, the leading 100% natural sweetener.

Sweet in taste, with no sugar added, Natvia is virtually calorie free and has zero impact on blood sugar-levels, making it diabetic friendly. Natvia was crafted for baking, but it also works perfectly as a sugar substitute in a cup of coffee or tea.

Really loved this product. As a family we have been trying very hard to cut down on sugar, our struggle was baking. Nativa solved this. It works wonderfully in home baking so the family can enjoy the goodness of home cookies and muffins without all the refined sugar. Will definitely be on the shopping list from now on. Was also great for the hubby and his coffee 🙂 The only negative comment is the price and tin size.

Thank you so much Kidspot and Natvia for opportunity to trial Natvia.
Miss 9 found the change from sugar to Natvia very smooth, using Natvia on her cereal daily.
I also utilised Natvia in my preserving, noticing no taste difference but knowing I’d made a healthier choice. I can now gift preserves to my diabetic neighbours.
Thank you so much. Definitely converted here 😊

Love Natvia! We’ve been using it on our weekend breakfast pancakes and there is no difference in the taste – kids love it too. I can see this becoming a staple in my pantry for homemade baking (with a lot less guilt!). My husband has been using the Natvia in his coffee. He says he’s not a sweet tooth but I think he’s kidding himself haha. He says it hasn’t made any difference to the taste so he’s happy to carry on using it, especially when it means a few less calories with each cup.

We were lucky enough to be chosen to try out this Natvia sweetener. It was great timing because it Was miss 1’s first birthday party last weekend, and I was dreading the sugar overload that comes with birthday parties. I substituted the castor sugar in the rainbow cupcakes for the sweetener and they turned out really well, I was a bit worried about the fact I was using it in place of Castor sugar, rather than normal sugar, but I needn’t have worried as the cupcakes turned out great and were a big hit with everyone. I also used it in the marshmallow slice (slightly in vain because every single ingredient that goes into it is sugar based) because that recipe is a little more “make up ingredients and quantities as you go”, but it worked really well and I really couldn’t taste the difference, although it made me feel a lot better about eating all the leftovers, because I am really trying hard to cut out sugar.
I look forward to baking more thinvs because it is really versatile and you can’t taste the difference.

This has become a staple in our home now. It has replaced the normal sugar for the kids cereals and Milo’s and they don’t know the difference. I trialed it in some pancakes and didn’t even notice any difference! Perfect substitute !!

I was lucky enough to trial this product with my family. My family absolutely love banana cake, loaf, muffins… Anything with banana so I decided to try making a banana loaf. I found the container was easy to use to pour the required amount out with no mess. My family couldn’t tell the difference from my usual baking which is great! I will definitely be on the look out for this on my next shopping trip.

I used the Natvia for the first time yesterday – my 3 year old and I made banana pikelets, one of his favourite things to make and to eat 🙂 Pros: the packaging is great, because it’s self sealing, there is no need to put it into another container once it’s opened. I was impressed how there is no taste difference between the Natvia and regular white sugar and there were no complaints from Mr3.  Cons: I had to search out whether it was a like-for-like-measure replacement for normal sugar, but that was easy to sort out. However, I was disappointed to find that the cost of the tin is nearly $11! I certainly won’t be using it to replace all the sugar I use in baking but for certain items it would be a consideration.

I haven’t yet used it in baking where its necessary to cream butter and sugar together, so I’m not sure how well it will work for that, so that will be our next week’s baking job.  Overall, impressed with the taste, however disappointed at the cost.
