Ingredients
1 cup Almond meal
1 cup natural Peanut Butter
½ cup desiccated Coconut
½ cup Natvia
115g Chocolate chips
1 tbsp Coconut oil
Equipment
- 1 food processor
- 1 loaf tin
Instructions
- Combine the almond meal, desiccated coconut, Natvia and half the peanut butter in a bowl of a food processor and combine until smooth. Spread into a lined and greased loaf tin.
- Melt the chocolate and combine with the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Smooth over the top of the base. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours until set. Slice into bars.
