Peanut butter chocolate bar

Combining peanut butter and chocolate into one treat is one of, if not the most, delicious food combinations out. We’ve put these two flavours together into a super delicious, sugar-free, peanut butter chocolate bar. It's the perfect lunch box snack and can be stored in the refrigerator throughout the week to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond meal

  • 1 cup natural Peanut Butter

  • ½ cup desiccated Coconut

  • ½ cup Natvia

  • 115g Chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
  • 1 loaf tin

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond meal, desiccated coconut, Natvia and half the peanut butter in a bowl of a food processor and combine until smooth. Spread into a lined and greased loaf tin.
  2. Melt the chocolate and combine with the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Smooth over the top of the base. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours until set. Slice into bars.
