Asian greens with noodles and oyster sauce

You can have dinner on the table in a flash with this easy stir fry vegetarian dinner the whole family will love. Simply combine asian greens with a dash of oyster sauce and serve on 2 minute noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Beef flavour

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 clove garlic

    crushed

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

    grated

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp sherry

  • ¼ cup water

  • 500g Asian greens

    trimmed and sliced in half

  • ¼ cup cashew nuts

    optional

  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 pot

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to directions on packet, drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
  4. Add oyster sauce, sherry, water and Asian greens.
  5. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Place the noodles in serving bowls and top with the Asian greens.
  7. Sprinkle with cashew nuts if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Variation
Sprinkle with cashew nuts for extra crunch and flavour.
