Tuna slice

Pantry staples make up this tasty tuna slice. Just mix and bake for an easy midweek meal that the family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tin tuna

    drained

  • 1 onion

    diced

  • 1 cup rice

    uncooked

  • 1 tbsp cream of celery soup

  • 1 cup cheese

    grated

Equipment

  • 1 oven
  • 1 pie dish
  • 1 mixing bowl

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Place in pie dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 min or until set.
