Instructions
- To make the cream cheese spread, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Finely chop the red onion, carrot, and baby spinach leaves, then mix them into the cream cheese mixture. Add pepper to taste.
- To prepare the bread, take two slices. Place a glass or round bowl on one slice without pressing down. Carefully cut away the crusts about 1/2 cm from the edge of the glass to create a circle. Repeat with the second slice of bread.
- Spread the veggie cream cheese filling on one round of bread and top with the second round.
- Place the glass or bowl back on top of the assembled sandwich and press down gently but firmly to seal the edges. Done!
