1 tbsp pouring cream
1 small block tasty cheese
to be grated
butter
for greasing and topping

- 1 ovenproof dish
- 1 grater
Instructions
- Grease an ovenproof dish and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Slice potatoes thinly and grate the cheese.
- Add a layer of sliced potatoes and top with grated cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
- Pour the carton of cream over the layers and add 1 dollop of butter on top.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes.
