Raspberry crush

When the sun is beating down outside, a glass of this refreshing raspberry crush drink will cool the kids down. Made with just 2-ingredients, relief from the heat is only 5 minutes away!

Ingredients

  • 414ml frozen raspberries

    (200g)

  • 1½ cups apple juice

    (125ml)

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Instructions

  1. Place raspberries and apple juice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, while it’s thick and frozen.

Notes

Variation
You can use any fruit you like so long as it’s frozen.
Variation
If you would like to make it a little creamier, add a dollop or two of healthy yoghurt.
