How many times have you told the kids not to play with their food? This is one activity you are going to have to swallow your words on. Grab out the pasta and get creative. You can create a picture, pattern or just a randomly placed pasta fun plate. Paint it up for a special effect.

How many times have you told the kids not to play with their food? This is one activity you are going to have to swallow your words on. Grab out the pasta and get creative. You can create a picture, pattern or just a randomly placed pasta fun plate. Paint it up for a special effect.

What you need:

  • a collection of raw pasta: macaroni, broken fettuccini, bow tie pasta, etc.
  • paint
  • paintbrushes
  • PVA glue
  • paper plate

Number of players:
1+

Activity:

Paste the pasta onto the paper plate using PVA glue and a paintbrush.

Set aside to dry.

When it is dry, paint the pasta and paper plate collage lots of bright colours.

Set aside to dry.

Notes:

  • Arrange the pasta in patterns on the plate.
  • Sprinkle glitter onto the wet paint for a sparkling collage.
