3 cups warm water
(750ml)
1 tbsp granulated yeast
1 tbsp salt
6 cups plain flour

Equipment
- 1 Large container
- 1 Whisk
- 1 Large wooden spoon
- 1 Baking paper
- 1 Slow cooker
- 1 Grill
Instructions
- Place water, yeast and salt in a large container and whisk together. Add in flour and use a large wooden spoon to make sure all ingredients are combined.
- Cover loosely and leave to rise for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle flour over the risen dough and turn out onto a sheet of baking paper.
- Sprinkle top of dough with flour and shape. Lower paper into your slow cooker.
- Set slow cooker for 2 hours.
- When cooked, remove from oven and place under grill for 6-8 minutes to brown the top.
