Tomato and basil hummus dip

A simple to make family favourite hummus dip with tomato and basil. Whiz it up in minutes and enjoy with pita breads, corn chips or fresh cut vegetable sticks for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole peeled tomatoes

  • 1 tin 3 beans mix

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp fresh basil

    finely chopped

  • 1 pinch cayenne

  • 2 tsp olive oil

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until very smooth.
