Tabouli salad

No need to buy tabouleh from the supermarket, it's really easy to make your own. And it tastes even better the next day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked couscous

  • 100g tomato paste

  • 1 celery

    diced

  • 1 red capsicum

    diced

  • A few green olives

    halved

  • A little bit of cheese (swiss or edam)

    diced

  • 1 tbsp mint

  • 1 granny smith apple

    diced

  • Spring onion or red onion

    diced

  • 1 Mixing bowl

Instructions

  1. Cook couscous according to directions on the packet.
  2. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate a few hours.
