Bircher muesli

Packed with fruit, nuts and oats, this is a healthy breakfast idea that you can make the night before so you're ready to roll first thing. Easy as!

Ingredients

  • 500g natural muesli

  • 2 green apples

    peeled and grated

  • 2 pears

    peeled and grated

  • 1 cup sultanas

    (125g)

  • 1 cup raisins

    (125g)

  • ½ cup flaked almonds

    (50g)

  • ½ cup walnuts

    (50g)

  • 1 cup macadamias

    (100g)

  • 1L milk

  • 1¼ cups cream

    whipped

  • 1 Large bowl

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Serve topped with your favourite fresh fruit.
