Pumped Mini will keep your little one refreshed and smiling ear to ear. It’s refreshingly delicious, while being naturally yum. In a 250ml serve, Pumped Mini is the perfect size to grab when you’re out and about.

For your peace of mind, Pumped Mini has:

  • No sugar
  • No preservatives
  • No sweeteners

Launched in October 2018, Pumped Mini is the newest addition to the Pump family. There are currently two flavours in the range, Pineapple and Apple.

Pumped Mini contains New Zealand spring water (sourced from the Blue Spring in Putaruru and Wanoni Spring in Christchurch), natural flavours (either Pineapple or Apple) and citric acid. That’s it! Per serving, Pumped Mini is only 2 calories – which is reassuring for parents who are looking to give their children a ‘treat’, whilst knowing that their littles one are getting the hydration that they need.

Firstly, thank you for the opportunity to review the pumped mini. We received the box of pumped mini a bit late. We got to try the apple flavour. Kids were thrilled to see the box. The size is cute and handy. They tried opening but they had difficulty removing the caps. I myself struggled a bit. When they tasted it, it was sour for their taste. My daughter and son gave an okay rating for it. They tried it again the next day, they brought one each at school. My daughter only drank a little bit and my son almost finished it.

We had our friends visited us and asked their toddlers to try it. They also said it was sour.

Thanks again for the opportunity 🙂

The kids were so excited to receive a box of Pumped Mini Pineapple flavour.
They arrived on a cold weekend so there was no hitting the bush for a walk.
Instead we braved the playground in between the rain. Chucked a couple of the bottles under the pram and off we went. My two boys initially liked the novelty of the smaller bottles being easier to hold, and the fact they didn’t take up much space at all is great!
    The real test…..
They took a swig and the looks on their faces!! They did not enjoy it at all.
I had a sip and my thoughts on it is it’s a very bitter first taste. Then once swallowed you get the aftertaste’s of the pineapple flavour as it comes through.
I put the remaining bottles out at my sons 5th birthday – for his friends to try. I wasn’t shocked that there were many open, but not finished.
I love the concept, the design even the flavour idea. But for us the actual flavour is not on point.
It’s not to my children’s taste profile.

All in all; we are grateful for the chance to have tried them out and given them a go!

Thanks for the box of Pumped Mini. My 3 grandchildren loved the apple flavour. The 11 year old did find that 1 wasn’t enough to last the day at school. He also used them at Judo tournaments. My 5 year old granddaughter loved them, she took more than 1 a day to school as she is a big water drinker – in fact she doesn’t drink anything else except sometimes milk. My other 5 year old granddaughter was the one we were trying to encourage to drink water and while it initially worked with the Pump minis the novelty wore off and they she started coming home from school having not touched it. We will persevere. I also used them for my lunches. – the photo submitted is a Pump Mini all ready to go in my Lunch bag – they are a great size for this. Sorry non of the kids wanted to be photographed – they are all camera shy at the moment.

Thanks for the box they were a hit in my household. Perfect size to chuck in my handbag to take to park and winter sports and school field trips. Two of the kids loves the taste while the ten year wasn’t a big fan of pineapple. These would be great for a birthday party thank you

We recieved the Pineapple Mini pump. The kids absolutely loved the flavour. I liked that it wasnt too sweet. We took the bottles to cross country and hockey. The kids had trouble taking off the cap, and a couple couldn’t pull up the nozzle. But once drinking they were happy. Bottles were a great size and perfect for the kids. Nice change from straight water.

We received the pineapple flavoured Pumped Mini. Mr 5 didn’t like the flavour and struggled to open the outer cap. Really liked the size – super handy as a spare drink to keep in the car or bag. I love the concept for a flavoured water with no added sugar or nasties for the kids.

We received the pineapple mini-pump. We liked the handy size which was ideal for taking out and about on day trips, after school and to junior roller derby. We did struggle with taking the outer cap off, unlike other pump bottles it seemed easier to just take the whole bottle lid off. I’m not sure if other people had a similar issue?

Unfortunately neither my son or daughter liked the pineapple flavour, which was a real shame. We all like the idea of a flavoured water though and will definitely try the apple and berry versions.

I took the rest of the case to our junior roller derby team as they work really hard and need to keep hydrated. Some struggled with the tops too but it didn’t stop them from enjoying the water (all juniors have permission for their photos to be taken). Thanks very much for letting us be part of the review.

We received Pineapple Pumped Minis. My 6 year old really enjoyed the “Powerade” nozzle! It made it feel like it wasn’t a little kids drink, while still being a healthy option. He really liked reading the bottle and seeing no added sugars. The cap was hard to take off for him so he needed some help with that. It was a great size for him but I don’t think he really loved the flavour. He likes drinking the pumped berry (but its far too large for such a little boy and such a pain to carry around to sports etc), so perhaps a different flavour would have been perfect for him. We took the bottles to skating and hockey, plus he had them as an after school refreshment. Would purchase for sure.

Would love to try this with Master 6 and Miss 4. Both are very fussy and could definitely do with drinking more water! I see that people are reviewing it but it still says that it’s the last chance to comment so fingers crossed. Thanks

My 21 month old son and 14 year old daughter absolutely loved the Apple flavour mini generation pump water we received! Even mum and dad enjoyed the taste. The nozzle was safe enough for me to be able to give to my toddler, and he used it so freely! The taste was amazing! It’s hard to believe that there are no sweeteners or sugar in the drink at all, because it tastes so good. It was a real hit with our family. We will definitely be trying other flavours in our household.

Mr 10 and miss 5 liked the flavour of pineapple mini pump. Although the 5 year old couldn’t open it herself. In fact the top cap was very firm. They were happy but we finished them fast and all in all kids thought they liked bigger bottles better , less plastic waste.

We received the apple flavour. My 10 year old could open the nozzle easily but I think it could be trickier for smaller hands. The water has a mild tart flavour to it, not sweet at all, just the slightest hint of tart apple. My girl liked it and because of the ease of carrying the mini bottles around, she ended up definitely drinking more water than she usually does. My teenager tried it too and wasn’t a big fan of the sour taste. I did take a bottle out myself again because the bottles are so convenient to carry around. My girl used her drinks at netball games, swimming and dance lessons. Thanks for an opportunity to trial these!

We received our pump minis this week and got the pineapple flavour. Hunter (20 months) loved it he wouldn’t put the bottle down. He’s still too small to open and close the cap but that’s absolutely not a problem as he’s supervised at all times with it. These small bottles will come in handy with our car rides and outings, they fit perfect in my bag aswell as his carseat cup holder. Will definitely be sharing the rest and reccomending to everyone we know with little ones. Also the bottles are great for re use as a plain water bottle. Thanks for letting us try the pump minis out.

My 3 boys were given the opportunity to trial the Apple pumped and unfortunately they didnt enjoy it very much and we did end up sharing the case with my middle boys class friends who all seemed to like a little more. However this didnt deter us and we went and brought the pineapple version which was received much better than the apple. When i asked them why they preferred the pineapple over the apple they all agreed it tasted abit more real and wasnt as sweet and did ask if there would be a mixed berrys one like adults have in kids size. For now given the option they would prfer just the plain mini pumps over the flavoured ones.

We received our mini pumps this week, we got the apple flavour to try!
The size of the bottles are perfect for teeny hands and the lids are hard for kids to take off. This is good because I didn’t really want my one year old making a puddle of water to play in.
The nozzle is slow pouring, making you work for your drink. I found this was a positive for my son as it meant the slow flow prevented him from being doused in water. He did like the flavour of the water and they are great for chucking in the nappy bag for on the go. However he does prefer just straight up filtered water more. I personally would be more inclined to purchase plain mini pumps in this size, with this nozzle over the flavoured. Overall these are a great product and I think as a treat for a child who doesn’t have juice these are great. Thank you for letting us be apart of the trail 🙂

We received the apple flavour pump minis and my girl loved it instantly. It was the perfect size for her hands and the nozzle made it flow freely. She did have trouble getting it open but with mums help it all worked out. She’s a very big water drinker so this was perfect for her, she loves the flavour and the whole family does too. We’ll be taking them out and about wherever we go now! So easy 🙂

Thanks for the opportunity to review the Pumped Mini Pineapple flavour! My 15 month old loved this flavour as a water alternative. When I took her to get her 15 month immunisations, nothing calmed her down faster than offering her the pumped mini which stopped the tears immediately! We also have just been in Fiji for a week and we took a few of these with us which was very handy to pull out on the beach. The size was easy to hold onto for my daughters small hands. However, when she put it down it would leak all over the floor as she couldn’t close it. I think the regular pump bottle nozzle is easier for her to drink out of. My husband and I also enjoyed the pineapple flavour but hated the nozzle! I’m sure this pumped mini would be great for kids slightly older than my daughter and I may trial it again in the future.

My girls are 17m and we don’t let them have juice so the pump minis are always a go to while we are out and about. The small size is great for them to do it themselves and would love for them to try a different flavour

We received the pump mini apple flavour, positives were the size was great for out and about with littlies and my 4 year old loved the idea of having apple flavoured water, although she had to ask me for help to get the cap off as it was a little bit tricky and once she tried it she said she didn’t like the “bitter” flavour.

We received the pump mini pineapple flavour.
Both kids loved the flavour. My 3 year olds words were “its delicious mummy, mmm yummy juice”
The nozzle was great in the fact it slowed the flow a little so that my 15 month old could handle it. The only thing I didn’t like was the nozzles were a little too hard for them to open themselves. We used ours for after dance practice, a wee afternoon “treat” and when we headed out for the day as an easy thing to just throw in the bag. Really found the size great too

Thank you for choosing us to trial these! We received our Pump mini pineapple flavor in the mail last week. I have to say stright off the bat that I’m not a fan of the lids, they are so hard to open everytime my son wants a drink he has to come find me to open it, aside from lid being difficult to open I think the flow of the water is perfect, it’s not a heavy flow which my son has struggled with in the past with other bottles. Moving on to the flavor, I am not a fan myself but all the kids in the family love it! I found it even better as my son has had a vial infection and cold hasn’t been very well but has been very happy to sip on this flavored water. I also love the size of the bottle, perfect for little hands. Thank you again Pump for choosing us! These will definitely last awhile in our house 😊

My daughter is 2 1/2 a half and loves fruit smoothies if I could find a sugar free drink that tastes like fruit to swap out so she isn’t having so much fruit sugar that would be great

I have 2 teenage boys (13 & 14) who regularly go for bike rides with a tiny backpack. I’m always nagging them to take a drink bottle but most bottles are too big for their packs. These could be a great option. I know my 13 year old would be more likely to take a flavoured water.

We received the apple flavour. My 2 year old was super keen to start trialling immediately. He wasn’t able to get the outer lid off without help, but managed the nozzle without too much trouble. He really enjoyed the flavour and drunk the whole bottle in one go. It was a good size and would be handy when out and about if we’ve forgotten his regular water bottle and the flavouring makes it a special treat without added sugar. We have some friends coming over this upcoming weekend so will have some of the pumped mini’s available for the kids as it makes a healthy alternative to soft drink.

These look a good size to throw in the kids lunch boxes or in babies bag on the way out! My kids play sports and sometimes loose their drink bottles so these would be perfect on those days

My youngest girl loves the Apple mini pump, I quite like it aswell. It’s a nice tart apple, not sweet. And my girl loves tart tasting things. So it’s a big thumbs up from her. My oldest girl didnt really enjoy them though. Even my 12 year old needed help to get the cap off the bottle, I actually had to use my teeth to get the lid off. Other than that, I think these are quite nice and tasty. We will definately buy them once we have finished these off. Thank you mini pump and kidspot👍
