Looking to replace sugar in your diet? Discover monk fruit, the natural no-sugar sweetener!

Over a thousand years ago in the remote mountain highlands of Asia, a group of Buddhist monks, called the Luo Han, achieved enlightenment through meditation, prayer and pure living. On the slopes of a primeval forest, the monks discovered and cultivated a rare fruit, prized for its sweetness. This sacred fruit was named Monk Fruit, or Luo Han Guo, after its devoted caretakers and was used in elixirs to raise chi, or life energy.

In 1995, Lakanto was created to help people around the world quit sugar, to lose weight, help control blood sugar, and live a healthier life.

Lakanto is #ResponsiblySweet – an all-natural, 1 for 1 sugar replacement sweetener that cooks, bakes, and tastes like sugar, with 93% fewer calories but without the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners!

It is natural in taste and texture – just like real sugar. Its sweetness profile is nearly identical to that of sugar. Being heat stable makes it suitable for beverages, cooking and baking. You can now enjoy Lakanto in your favourite drinks, foods and recipes.

  • Naturally sweet
  • 93% less calories than sugar
  • Zero glycemic load affect
  • Gluten free
  • Keto friendly

What an amazing product to review! Our household would love to review this one as we are consumers of sugar in hot drinks, baking and on breakfasts. Having a diabetic in the family, would love to try this as a sugar substitute (it’s me) and hopefully be able to control my diabetes better and then use this as a permanent sugar substitute. Thanks for considering us

My family would love to try this as we would like to go Sugar Free but with so many other sugar substitutes they can have a laxative affect. One of my children is quite sensitive to those types of products. This would be a great product to try so we can have less Sugar

I would love to try this product in our household in the past I have tried stevia based products and hubby has found they have given him headaches and an upset stomach. We would love to find a sugar replacement we can oth use, hubby has a bowel issue and is currently changing his diet and lifestyle so this would be amazing especially for coffee and keto baking.

I would love this! I’m low carb after having gestational diabetes and so my kids and I try and eat refined sugar free. We make a lot of Sugar free treats that use sugar alternatives so this would be used for some brownies I think.

We have been using Natvia (a stevia based sugar replacement) in our household & it’s gone down well. Would love to try this one as an alternative, as sometimes the Natvia is sold out in our small town

I’m on a weightloss journey at the moment and have just replaced sugar in my coffee with artificial sweetener. It would be good to have a substitute for baking so I don’t have to miss out on a sweet treat. I’m pretty new to artificial sweeteners all I know is to stay away from aspartame! Very interested in trying thank you.

  14. Tarshlove 05/03/2020 at 4:06 pm

Would really love to try this as an alternative sweetener I am Keto and also diabetic due to the steroids I take post heart transplant and have tried other sweeteners, these seam to react badly and give me stomach aches.
I have heard a lot about monkfruit but due to living in a small town we are limited in what we have here.

I would like to make keto caramel slice and Keto ginger crunch and a baked Keto cheesecake using this product. I had a Keto cheesecake using another sweetener and wasn’t to happy with the end result of the sweetener after taste. Hoping to try this and see better results. Thank you

Hi, I am seriously looking to cut sugar out! I don’t like the health risks of the artificial sweeteners and get hay-fever symptoms with stevia… I would love to try this out and see if it can be the answer I have been looking for! I am looking for a healthier lifestyle for myself and child, as well as be a great role model for others. So please pick me, thank you 🙂

  24. Quinny 05/03/2020 at 3:50 pm

Cane sugar leaves me feeling ‘hung over’ and craving food … I’m keen to find an alternative. My daughter and I did a year of cane sugar free eating and it was great. We found that maple syrup and honey were great alternatives but very expensive – would be great to find an alternative that’s a cost-effective, healthier alternative.

  25. Ashleyroberts 05/03/2020 at 3:49 pm

This would be great to try in my baking! I have a sweet tooth but I do try to reduce my own sugar intake and bake healthily, it is hard especially when you want a nice little sugary treat. This would be great to try!

We would live to try this. It would be great for the bars I have started making for snacks, I was thinking this week there is to much sugar in them.
