Yoghurt parfait

Try this simple dessert when you want to get the kids to eat more fruit without nagging! Layer up pretty glasses with yoghurt and grapes for a colourful dessert that will see them begging for more.

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp low-fat vanilla yoghurt

  • ½ cup grapes

  • 6 strawberries

    sliced

  • 1 banana

    sliced

  • 1 glasses

Instructions

  1. Choose two glasses that are favourites with your kids.
  2. In each glass, place one tablespoon of yoghurt, then top with half the grapes.
  3. Continue alternating a tablespoon of yoghurt, then the fruit, finishing with a layer of yoghurt.
