    drained

  • 175 grams Natural Yoghurt

  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

    ground

  • Veggie sticks

    ie carrots, broccoli, cucumber

Instructions

  1. Place beetroot, yoghurt, lemon juice and cinnamon in a food processor
  2. Process until the desired consistency
