such as tomato sauce, vegemite, pesto, chutney
grated parmesan cheese

- 1 baking tray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place one sheet of puff pastry on bench, slightly thawed.
- Spread your topping of choice over the whole sheet.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the sheet of pastry and very gently press.
- Cut the pastry sheet in half.
- Cut each half into approx 2 cm wide strips.
- Pick each strip up, twist carefully, place on a baking tray lined.
- Place into the oven for 10-12mins, or until puffed and brown.
