Rainbow chip cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk
Cream sugar and butter. Beat in vanilla and egg.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add this to the creamed mixture. Stir in the M&M’s (save a few for the topping)
Spoon mixture in teaspoons onto a greased baking tray and dot a few M&Ms on top
Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
