We loved the tanginess off the bbq and thought the cheese was not too cheesy. The texture we loved so crisp and crunchy. The packaging was super easy to open. We both used these snacks in our lunchboxes and in the car on the way to sports. My son ate a packet everyday at school, till they were all gone. I’ll definitely be buying these again, both flavours. Great price, easy to carry around, awesome flavours, the right size. Usually I’d eat crackers, but having these Got Rice snacks in their own packaging makes it’s easier than putting crackers into a pottle. A winning snack for our family. |

These have amazing punch of flavour, either cheese or bbq. Each individual packet has 2 crackers, and there’s 20 in a packet which means they last a the whole week (and haven’t run out after 3 days like most snacks). They were used as lunch box snacks and for the smallest ones while we watched Saturday sports. Quick and easy to grab and go and tide kids over til you got home. When the kids first tried them, they instantly came back and asked for another one! So an absolute winner! We would 100% buy these again, and keep it part of our snacks rotation. We enjoy rice crackers but this is a good substitute. |
| Lauren0212 | I and my daughter (age 4.5 years) tried these snacks. My daughter is a big fan of cheese snacks in particular so she was excited to try these. We shared a pack of each flavor as part of an afternoon snack at home. We tried the cheese crackers first. The texture was nice, similar to a rice cake, but the flavor tasted very artificial, which I did not find appealing. My daughter only had a single bite and said she did not like the taste and didn’t want anymore. We then tried the BBQ flavor, which I liked more than the cheese flavor, but it was still not something I would normally sit down to snack on. My daughter tried a small nibble (I think she was hesitant after the first cracker didn’t taste as she expected), and she did not like this one at all. I personally would not purchase this product since neither I nor my daughter could finish a single pack as we just didn’t enjoy the flavors. However, if a different flavor came out, I might consider trying it. I would also not recommend it based on my own taste, but I could see where others might enjoy the snacks. It just wasn’t something my daughter and I would choose over our usual snacks. |

My 10 year old son preferred the BBQ flavour but liked the “crispy bite” of both flavours and my 7 year old prefers the Cheese flavour but also likes the “smokey taste” of the BBQ crackers. I enjoyed both flavours and I also really liked that a broken packet was just a cracker in 2 pieces instead of a disintegrated snack! I love how many are in one pack but would prefer them to be in a cardboard box or single bag to reduce the amount of rubbish used. I used these in lunchboxes, a pre dinner snack (when the kids can smell dinner cooking but it’s not ready and they are staaaarving) and had them in our cars snack bag and we only have a few left. I’m not sure what the price point is for these as we haven’t done our fortnightly shop yet but if they are reasonably priced I will be purchasing to have on hand as 2 out of my 3 kids like these a lot. |

They were intrigued and little miss 6 did struggle a bit the first time she tried to open the packet (so did hubby though!). Other than a bit of a learning curve to get into the packet (especially if you don’t read according to the 8 year old expert!).
Where/When: Once we were inside the serving size was ideal (one pack for kids two for us as road trip food). We found they were great to “throw in the bag and only once got snapped – an important element for a 6 year old is the staying as one piece when they open the pack and take them out – we had tears when they were cracked. Lunchboxes were an easy win but we actually decided that wasn’t where we would use them as “on the go” is harder for us to find and these rice crackers worked well after gym/swim/shopping/school as they needed nothing else :-). We had them on the way back from events and longer car trips where we got stuck in traffic! The taste: The cheese were my personal taste, hubby went BBQ. I would mix them up in future and be keen to have a range of flavours if they are this good. We thought the cheese wasn’t too cheesy and didn’t leave to much of a mess. The hotter BBQ was a hesitant try but then a roaring success with everyone. In this house we liked them all and loved that they were strong but not too strong. Definitely didn’t need anything else with them either which was a big win. A great replacement for small chip packets and way less messy. Verdict: Will buy again but with all the packaging not too often. |

They are a great grab and go option for busy families – we spend a lot of time outdoors so appreciate being able to quickly pull together snacks that will stay fresh all day without too much preparation. That being said I would echo other reviewers in saying that I wouldn’t ever buy snacks that have this much packaging due to the environmental impact. Overall, the crackers themselves were really tasty, but I probably would give this product a miss in future in favour of a more planet-friendly option! |

I love that they come with 2 snacks in each individual wrapping. We enjoyed both flavours, the texture is like a rice cracker but thicker and more tasty. The bbq one tastes similar to rashuns.They have been an easy snack to add to lunch boxes but I think my teens would need 2 x snacks as get quite hungry at school. Miss 11 didn’t enjoy them, Master 8 loved the Tangy Cheese and I prefered the Smokey Bbq. Individual packets to easily pop into the lunchboxes or take as a snack. My kids love chips and crackers and these Got Rice snacks will now be a regular in our groceries. Definitely recommend for families to try. One packet isn’t enough. |

There was a good amount in each pack- although not a fan of individually wrapped packaging as it’s quite a waste. Texture was good. We are used to eating the Chinese version of these- BBQ flavour great, initially uncertain about the cheese one, was strange tasting at first probably due to being used to having the Chinese version, did learn to enjoy this eventually, a nice mild cheese flavour. These were used as an after school snack when the product were initially received. These next day 6 year old had asked for these to be put in his lunchbox! Both kids enjoyed them, they are a good, easy, tasty snack. Yes I would buy this product for both myself and kids. I would purchase this as an additional purchase to other products. Usually snack preference is crackers/biscuits. Yes I would recommend this product, although the downside would be all the packaging. |

I would consider purchasing these for both of my children (4.5 years and 15 months), especially as a quick and easy snack option. Our usual snack preference is crackers, so this product fits well into what we typically buy. Personally, I enjoyed the subtle cheese flavor the most — it was well-balanced and not overpowering. The only downside for me was the smell, which may be due to the product being processed in the same facility as seafood. While that aspect didn’t appeal to me, I would still highly recommend this product to anyone who enjoys seafood or bold, unique flavors. Overall, it’s a tasty and practical snack that we’d be happy to purchase again as either a substitute or an addition to our usual snacks. |

The individual packages make them great for travelling or a quickly lunchbox snack, however I didn’t love the amount of packaging that is in each pack. It’s not the best for the environment but I understand that it keeps them fresh and crispy.Our kids (aged 9 and 11) enjoyed both flavours of the snacks, and it was awesome that they were Gluten-free. It was great to see that each individual pack was labelled with the allergens (milk). I’m not sure that we would purchase these in future, probably opting for a larger pack of rice crackers in future. |

A big problem I often have with rice crackers is keeping them all fresh and crispy- this solves that problem as each pack is super fresh when opened. Also so handy to pop into lunchboxes or even throw into a handbag to have a snack on the go! Flavour was nice and light- not too strong so it made me feel like a slightly healthier option than heavily coated crackers or chips. Our 3 year old loved both flavours (although bbq was his favourite!) and kept asking for “just one more”, both my husband and I have also been snacking on them and enjoyed them. I would purchase these again for their convenience and kid approved taste, I do think they’re more tailored towards children but I definitely think adults would dip into the stash too! |

Snacks just arrived and we cracked into them straight away.We usually have normal rice crackers then package them in ziploc bags or small containers as soon as theyre open or they’ll go stale, and most of the time we don’t take them out an about as it can be a lot of admin to package them for on the go, but the Got Rice! Snacks are perfect! Not only are they crunchy, taste so yummy and dissolve pretty quickly (good for youngins), they also have consistent flavour throughout the cracker. The individual packs are so super handy to chuck in my purse as emergency snacks for my 2 year old, in his lunch box, swim bag for an after swim snack or even for us busy parents running out the door to work or just feeling a bit peckish. The toddler taste test went extremely well, he decided to help himself to another pack of bbq and loved having them with cheese in the side. I would definitely be buying these again! They are super convenient and fit perfectly into our lifestyle. |

Hubby and I enjoyed both of the flavours, BBQ was nice on its own and cheese was nice with hummus. They were a little hit and miss with the little ones, miss 3 liked them one day but not the next. The cheese flavour was a little too artificial but still acceptable. The little packs are great to throw in the nappy bag or lunch box for snacks on the go. They do break easily so it pays to stash them somewhere they won’t get too banged up. The twin packs do mean there’s a lot of rubbish so it would be nice to see them in a more environmentally responsible packaging option. |

As a parent always on the lookout for tasty, practical snacks for my little one, we were excited to try Got Rice! snacks — and they didn’t disappoint! Taste & Texture: The product: Did the Kids Like the Product? I would absolutely be buying this product, it’s hard to find a snack that is convenient and healthy-ish and tasty but these fit the bill! I actually enjoyed them just as much as my child did. They’re light, satisfying, and a nice alternative to heavier snacks like chips. I’d buy these as an additional snack option. We usually go for crackers and fruit-based snacks, so these would slot in nicely without replacing anything we already buy. Usual Snack Preference: I would definitely reccommend these. (I tried both myself and tend to have to agree) Texture wise – great texture, easy to eat and easily disintegrate making it great for even younger kids Overall we’re enjoyed and like by both an 8yr old and 11 year old and are a healthier option for snacks and lunch boxes. As a change from our normal pea snaps which are preferred snacks these are a lovely change. We will definetly look to buy more in the future! |

Definitely a big favourite in our house. The smokey BBQ is a bit more popular, though …..
We love the packaging, nice and simple, perfect for lunch boxes. Perfect snack size.
My kids love the flavour, the texture. The crunchiness. I love that they love these, healthy option for their lunches, something what satisfies them.
We will definitely be purchasing these again. Perhaps they will come in different flavours?

Thanks for the opportunity to review these. There was so much excitement when they arrived and my daughter read she needed to sample as soon as possible. They were a delicious snack food, tasty with lots of flavour. We preferred the cheese snacks over the BBQ as per our familiies preferences. Perfect for lunchbox treats and snacks at sport trainings. We will definintely be buying them again.
Ngā mihi for the opportunity to trial this product, my two girls loved them! They were a great snack in general but also a good size for the school lunchbox. Both my girls preferred the BBQ flavour. We would definitely buy something like this in future, just not a huge fan of the plastic packaging. Individual pieces within a bigger bag would be an improvement.

We didn’t manage to get a photo as the crackers were all eaten fast!
Our almost 2 year wasn’t a fan of the crackers but luckily dad loved them, so they were all eaten by dad (as home snacks and in the daily lunchbox).
The kids loved these crackers, and so did we! The texture is super moreish and the flavours were good. Cheese was the winner but BBQ was also delish. A perfect lunchbox addition and the master pack size is great. They have lasted us for ages. Will definitely recommend and repurchase. Thank you!
We’ve been struggling with half eaten, “I took a bite and didn’t like it” vibes aaaaalll year! It’s frustrating, not to mention spendy! So imagine our delight when our fussy boys demolished these. Every. Single. Time. So very happy that we’ve got something healthy in a snack-size that they absolutely love! I can’t even decide which flavour was best! They will 100% be a weekly must-have in our house and we will be recommending them far and wide!
Thank you for the chance to review these Rice snacks, they arrived pretty quickly and the kids were straight into them.
Firstly Packaging – Very attractive packaging with serves being individually wrapped.
Taste – both kids enjoyed them – BBQ was the hit as their opinion was the cheese wasn’t cheesy enough. (I tried both myself and tend to have to agree)
Texture wise- great texture, easy to eat and easily disintegrate making it great for even younger kids
Overall we’re enjoyed and like by both an 8yr old and 11 year old and are a healthier option for snacks and lunch boxes.
As a change from our normal pea snaps which are preferred snacks these are a lovely change. We will definetly look to buy more in the future!
