Looking to replace sugar in your diet? Discover monk fruit, the natural no-sugar sweetener!

Over a thousand years ago in the remote mountain highlands of Asia, a group of Buddhist monks, called the Luo Han, achieved enlightenment through meditation, prayer and pure living. On the slopes of a primeval forest, the monks discovered and cultivated a rare fruit, prized for its sweetness. This sacred fruit was named Monk Fruit, or Luo Han Guo, after its devoted caretakers and was used in elixirs to raise chi, or life energy.

In 1995, Lakanto was created to help people around the world quit sugar, to lose weight, help control blood sugar, and live a healthier life.

Lakanto is #ResponsiblySweet – an all-natural, 1 for 1 sugar replacement sweetener that cooks, bakes, and tastes like sugar, with 93% fewer calories but without the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners!

It is natural in taste and texture – just like real sugar. Its sweetness profile is nearly identical to that of sugar. Being heat stable makes it suitable for beverages, cooking and baking. You can now enjoy Lakanto in your favourite drinks, foods and recipes.

  • Naturally sweet
  • 93% less calories than sugar
  • Zero glycemic load affect
  • Gluten free
  • Keto friendly
  • Vegan
  • Stevia free

Would really be useful in baking which I do a lot having a pre schooler and a sweet tooth partner as well 😄

My husband has multiple health issues and allergies. He is completely sugar free and hasn’t found a sugar substitute he can tolerate. He hasn’t tried monk fruit so fingers crossed it could be the answer to his dilema.

Oh my gosh! I would LOVE to trial this product! My 7 year old daughter and I are always baking but I have been looking for a sugar free natural alternative as I really don’t like her having sugar. I would use it for baking, to sweeten tea/coffee, a little in my daughters cereal etc <3 🙂

Wow this would be cool..to be rid of sugar in anyway would be fantastic….so to encourage my daughter would be amazing
…..she has attends Brownies and she has to give up sugar/junk food for a week for one of her Interest Badges so this would be fantastic

I would love to try this product as I am looking for better ways to reduce our households sugar intake. I think this would be great to try in our family’s favourite chocolate cake recipe.

I would absolutely love to try this! We are a keto family and these would be perfect to try before we purchase them. My children and their cousins would be the ultimate taste testers trying this in home made baking.

  7. kimcb7 05/03/2020 at 3:36 pm

I would love to try this out in baking and as a replacement for sugar in tea and coffee

  8. Tamz_wyatt 05/03/2020 at 3:32 pm

This would be amazing to try especially for baking as well as my coffee. Trying to use less sugar and finding substitutes that taste decent are hard to find. Also have family members whom have to limit sugar intakes so this would mean they can eat my home baking more

like to try with baking & cooking

Hi. I am diabetic and would love to test this product for you. There will be a million ways I could use it but will start by saying, on my cereal, in my baking and in my coffee that I will drink when we eat the cake. Lol Thanks for the opportunity. I usually use Natvia and haven’t yet tried Monkfruit but have read a lot about it.

As a diabetic and a keto diet follower for the last 2 years, I would love to trial this product. I mostly use stevia or xylitol based products and would like to try a replacement that doesn’t leave strange after taste. Would be interested to see whether this affects my glucose readings

I am trying to cut out on hidden sugars for my health

  13. mumjess 05/03/2020 at 3:24 pm

This would be great to try. I’ve been trying out some healthier baking options except my daughter does not like anything with dates so having another sweetener option to try would be so good. We are always eating a lot in this household with 4 children!

  14. rubyblue 05/03/2020 at 3:22 pm

I’d give this to my husband for his 2teaspoons-in-every-cup sugar addiction! And I’d also use it for baking my son’s favourite Tam Slice

  15. theycallmemum 05/03/2020 at 3:22 pm

I would love to try this sweetener and review it – we have made a conscious effort to reduce our sugar intake as a family and baking is always the thing that breaks us! I haven’t tried monkfruit yet so would love to give it a go and report back on how myself and kiddies find it!

  16. JessicaFraser 05/03/2020 at 3:21 pm

I’d love to try this for in healthier home baking for the kids lunchboxes for kindy!

  17. Bernylou 05/03/2020 at 3:21 pm

This would be great to try in baking, especially baking for the kids. I’d also test it in my morning coffee (and see if hubby notices the difference in his coffee).

  18. Robmel 05/03/2020 at 3:20 pm

Love the story of this portrayed on the video!
Would 10000% be keen to give this a go.
I admit I am a sugar addict and since starting keto this year I am struggling a little with non keto sugar treats.

  19. Emilykendra 05/03/2020 at 3:19 pm

We would love to try this in our house! Us adults are trying Keto, and after doing research we are also keen to cut down on sugar for my stepdaughter, without replacing with yuck artificial sweeteners like Aspartame.
Would be great to try this for baking and every-day sugar substitutes

  20. Katrob 05/03/2020 at 3:19 pm

As I am actively trying to reduce the sugar our family consumes, I would love to give this product a try. It sounds great!

  21. rochelleg 05/03/2020 at 3:14 pm

This would be great to try in my baking. I have a sweet tooth but recently I have been trying to reduce my own sugar intake, it is hard especially when you want a nice little sugary treat. this would be great to try and see how it compares 🙂

  22. Nonnie 05/03/2020 at 3:13 pm

Id replace sugar wherever we use it with Monkfruit. Would love to try it in baking etc..

    • Laynz 05/03/2020 at 3:43 pm

I’d love to try this! I’ve been on a keto diet for about 7 weeks and loving it, but I struggle with sweet things because stevia gives me heart palpitations, and most other sweeteners have a strange aftertaste.

  23. Jodie 05/03/2020 at 3:13 pm

I am wanting to start on the keto diet. I was just looking at recipes last night and they were using monkfruit sweetener. I had no idea we could buy it here.

  24. SteviRay 05/03/2020 at 3:13 pm

I would love to try this as my husband has recently been diagnosed as pre diabetic and he is struggling to drop sugar from his diet. He hates the taste of other sweetners and can’t stand sugarless coffee or baking. We are trying new substitutes all the time, but packets of sweetners with only a couple of teaspoons out of them is proving a pricey experience.

  25. nashabenson 05/03/2020 at 3:13 pm

Yes please I have tried another monk fruit sweetener and would be awesome to try another brand 😍😍

  26. Loulou 05/03/2020 at 3:11 pm

Would love to try this in my 6 cups of coffee a day and the kids school baking to help us consume less sugar. There is way too much sugar in our diets so a healthy alternative would be great thanks.

  27. Pagevd 05/03/2020 at 3:11 pm

Love to try this .been looking for less sugar or sugar free snacks my daughter has a sweet tooth and doesn’t take no to sweet for a answer

  28. Peneh 05/03/2020 at 3:10 pm

I would love to try this, I have changed to vegetarian at the beginning of the year and have thought about being sugar free as my next change. This would be amazing to be selected to try this.

  29. Aharper 05/03/2020 at 3:08 pm

I would absolutely love to try this out on the kids baking! The kids would be the ultimate testers to see how good this stuff is. I would love to try Abit in my coffee also so I can keep baking with kids 😂😍

  30. Purpleducks1 05/03/2020 at 3:08 pm

I would like to try substitute this for sugar in home baking 🧁🍪
