1 cup white chocolate melts

2 cups shredded coconut
(170g)
2 large marshmallows
(300g each)

- 1 heatproof bowls
- 1 microwave
- 1 plate
Instructions
- Place white chocolate and coconut into heatproof bowls. Melt the chocolate on high in the microwave for one minute and stir until it is smooth.
- Dip the tip of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate and tap off excess chocolate.
- Roll the marshmallow in the coconut.
- Place on a plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
