Pulled beef sliders with watercress salad

One of the tastiest sliders to pass your lips, these little babies are easy-peasy if you’ve already got the pulled beef done. In fact, I often make the pulled beef for the adults and serve the sliders for the kids (usually the big kids eat them too!).

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp horseradish cream

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp caster sugar

  • 1 large bunch watercress

leaves picked to make 2 cups

  • 1 radishes

about 6-8 radishes, cut into matchsticks

  • 8 small buns

    dinner rolls can be used

  • 560g pulled beef

    about ½ cup per slider

  • salt and pepper

    to season

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board

Instructions

  1. Mix horseradish cream, lemon juice and caster sugar together and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix together watercress leaves, radish and dressing together and set aside.
  3. Cut buns in half and stuff with warmed pulled beef, topped with watercress salad.

Notes

Variation
If you don’t have the pulled beef but just have to have these, cook up a little minute steak and pop that into the rolls.
