Create a collage

All kids have a favourite something. You can start as young as two helping them out with this craft activity and getting them to do their own later. Think Elmo or Dora for the younger kids and head towards the latest pop sensation for the older kids. Create a collage and scrapbook it!

What you need:

• magazines and newspapers
• paper
• scissors
• glue

Number of players:
1+

Activity:

Select a theme for your collage i.e. transport, people, facial features, food, animals.

Search through newspapers and magazines for images that match your selected theme.

Cut them out.

When you have enough to fill a page arrange them on paper.

Glue them in place.

Notes:

• You can make numerous themed collages and staple them together to form a book.
