Rainbow disco balls
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Bubbles
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup multi-coloured sprinkles
Line baking tray with baking paper. Combine icing sugar, honey and peanut butter in a bowl and mix well. Stir in cereal and raisins.
Mould mixture into 3cm balls. Roll balls in sprinkles and place on baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Store in a covered container.
