Veggie sticks with dip

A great way for kids to enjoy veggie sticks at school.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/2 lebanese cucumber

  • 1 celery

Equipment

  • 1 vegetable peeler
  • 1 knife
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 lunchbox

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut carrot into sticks.
  2. Wash cucumber and celery and cut into sticks.
  3. Place in a small chilled lunchbox with the cream cheese.

Substitute with hummus or your kids’ favourite dip.
