star rating 5

As busy mums, there are times when tackling laundry can feel like an uphill battle that you never quite conquer. With grass marks, food stains, bed-wetting and the occasional red wine spill, getting your soiled clothes fresh and clean again can be a bit of a mission.

Cold Power know that you would prefer to spend your time with your family rather than attached to a washing machine, so they have created their Cold Power Sensitive range that gets bright whites and a brilliant clean while being kind on skin. The dermatologically tested formula of Cold Power Sensitive with Almond Milk* is specifically developed to deliver outstanding washing results even in cold water. It contains a delicate fragrance, so it leaves your clothes with a lovely scent without irritating sensitive skin.

Whether you are a laundry powder supporter or love the ease of a streak free laundry liquid, Cold Power has you covered with their Sensitive range, which can be used in both front and top loaders. Available in New World, Countdown and PAK’nSAVE, there really is a little something for every family.

Would love to try a product that is effective in a cold wash to try and minimise our electricity bill with so much laundry to do with a baby in the house it’s getting a struggle

I feel like I live in the laundry, with two very active girls, one who loves to get dressed a million times a day I seem to have laundry that never ends. Also both have after school activities and a husband who seems to get dirty for no reason at all I need a laundry powder that works!

Would loooove to try this, I have 3 kiddies 7,6 & 2 who all (as well as myself) have sensitive skin, and have to use gentle laundry liquid in the wash. Haven’t tried this one before so would love to see how it works for us. xx

We average about 6 loads of laundry a week and with mr.14 months constantly making a mess this number could drastically rise! We also only ever wash in cold water so this would be great!

we would love to try this product out as we have a family who suffers from eczema and we would love to try this, especially for Mr 2’s skin as we only like delicate washing powder/ liquid for his clothes

  12. Loulou 11/07/2017 at 12:21 pm

Would love to trial this product as our son has sensitive excema prone skin so we need to use cleaning products that are gentle. We usually wash in warm water but a washing liquid that works would be a bonus for the power bill.

My 2yr old has developed bubbles down her arms i assume its a reaction to her clothes. Have just switched detergents to start our trial and error. This would be perfect!!

My 3 1/2 year old has got eczema prone skin, and my six months old seems to be following her. Im always on a lookout for some sensitive skin friendly products, plus I do prefer washing in cold water. Easy on our planet and easy on our pocket. Thank you.

My 5month old daughter suffers from eczema and finding a washing liquid or powder that doesn’t make it flair up is so hard to do.

  21. rrms1 11/07/2017 at 12:12 pm

Trialling this product would be great as I have an 8 year old who suffers from eczema

  23. Robynne 11/07/2017 at 12:10 pm

Love the idea of Almond Milk and try and do all my washing on cold. My daughter is sometimes affected by different detergents, so something more neutral and suitable would be great.

I’m about to have my first baby and I know how important it is to protect a newborn’s skin from irritants. I’ve also read that baby clothing should be watched in an extra hot “disinfecting” clothing cycle, but I’m hoping this detergent could eliminate the need to waste energy on that kind of washing cycle.

My 4yr old and i both suffer from sensitive skin and have always struggled with washing powders we can use would very much love to try this product

  26. alanah08 11/07/2017 at 10:43 am

Mr 2 myself and my partner all he sensitive skin/eczema so would be really good to trial a new product for us

  27. palindrome 11/07/2017 at 9:56 am

Our Mr 2 has bad ezcema so it would be great to try Cold Power – I like the sound of the almond oil. Also like the cold wash factor as I’ve always tried to save on the power bills by washing in cold water and only cave and use hot when stubborn stains remain.

  30. Jafajay 11/07/2017 at 7:46 am

I have a son with sensitive skin. I stopped using this when he was born 6 years ago because he had reaction. Would love to give this another go to see if improved. Thanks ?
