Looking to replace sugar in your diet? Discover monk fruit, the natural no-sugar sweetener!
Over a thousand years ago in the remote mountain highlands of Asia, a group of Buddhist monks, called the Luo Han, achieved enlightenment through meditation, prayer and pure living. On the slopes of a primeval forest, the monks discovered and cultivated a rare fruit, prized for its sweetness. This sacred fruit was named Monk Fruit, or Luo Han Guo, after its devoted caretakers and was used in elixirs to raise chi, or life energy.
In 1995, Lakanto was created to help people around the world quit sugar, to lose weight, help control blood sugar, and live a healthier life.
Lakanto is #ResponsiblySweet – an all-natural, 1 for 1 sugar replacement sweetener that cooks, bakes, and tastes like sugar, with 93% fewer calories but without the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners!

I would love to try it in baking because my husband, girls and myself are all having sweet tooth, have cut down the amount of sugar used but guess it’s a good start to have this 1 for 1 sugar replacement sweetener instead! Thanks!
I would live to try this. I am type 2 diabetic and always looking for sugar substitutes.
Lakanto sounds really great! I would love to review it. We are all trying to reduce our sugar intake to help us be more healthy. Thanks
My 4 year old would bake with it – she just made the family berry supreme after picking berries from garden, mixing in yoghurt and sprinkles on top 😋
we would love the chance to try this out. We are always looking for ways to cut sugar from our diet for health reasons, and also Dad is a type 1 diabetic, so would be awesome for him too. The girls love baking, and finding a way of doing it with a natural sugar would be really great. Thanks for the chance to try this.
OOOh this looks exciting. I would love to try this in a cheesecake I want to try for my daughters birthday and also in general baking. It would be good to see how different it tastes!
I would love to try this sugar alternative.
There is so much sugar in everything these days you just cannot avoid it, and while I would like to say I cut down on sugar… I just can’t (no willpower lol)
My 2 year old has also got a sweet tooth just like her mama… I try to do as much cooking at home and make my own lunch box snacks to try and minimise her exposure. I would love to put this to the test and see how it compares to traditional cane sugars.
I would be happy to share pictures of our experiments! 😀
We already use sugar replacements input household and I have heard great things about monkfruit as a sweetener via IQS. Would love to try this out!!!!!
Would love to try this for our muffins and biscuits! Sounds fantastic.
I do a lot of healthy baking for my family (including my 7 month old) so this would be a perfect addition to our pantry! I’d start with banana bread and also try it in m a sweet and sour sauce in a stir fry..
I would love to reduce sugar in my diet. Lakanto Sweetener would be ideal when cooking and baking. It would be a great alternative to condensed milk.
Yes please we like to try this as my partner has a cholesterol problem so having this sugar would make our hot drinks more better an I will us it in our bakeing an other food please pick us please
😍 I would Love to try this in baking for my son school lunches & for my sons hot drinks brekky etc, He is needing to take extra care with having less sugary foods, as his adult teeth are coming through.
Would love to try it in baking some sugarfree sweet treats for both the kids and friends that are diabetic and keto.. something everyone could share!
I would love to try this product and see how it compares to the other sweeteners I use that I have in my pantry.
I’m trying desperately hard to lose the weight I’ve gained after having my two children. But, with two toddlers and holding down a full time job, it’s hard to avoid the sweet treats. Would love to do some baking with this product so I didn’t feel quite so guilty reaching for that yummy biscuit!
I would love to try this. I just started keto so sugar is a no no and all sweeteners I tried so far are horrible.
Definitely would use the Lakanto, Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol, Classic in cooking cakes and biscuits for the family plus I do enjoy a tsp of sugar in my coffee so willing to try this in place of sugar.
I don’t like sweeteners as they can leave a strange taste in my mouth for a while afterwards, but if it’s better for the family I’ll be pleasantly surprised. We all want to live a healthier life so would love to review and post photos.
We love doing baking in our house (especially Miss 8 and Miss 4), but find it hard with so many traditional recipes having so much sugar! Would love to find an alternative that is tasty also as so many just are not.
I would love to try this! I’m diabetic so try not to have sugar. I can’t stand the taste of artificial sweeteners so this product excites me!
I’d love to try as a replacement in my morning coffee
We as a family are cutting sugar back where ever we can… this would be handy for coffees & baking
I am currently pregnant so would like a better option to sweeten certain things like when I bake or make a drink.
would love to substitute white sugar for this in our home cooking. Have tried to use coconut sugar instead but it just changes the appearance and texture of my go to cakes and kids dont like it. would love to try this .:.)
I am a Diabetic and would use it in my baking for the family.
Most other fake sugars taste foul to me so I would love to give this a try and try and quit my sugar addiction! I love baking for my family so would be interested to use this product that way.
I would love to try this, I love baking for my family and this would be great for the kids. It’s the one thing I enjoy doing and showing my kids how to bake to
I have sugar everyday on my weetbix, so would be interesting to see how this compares!
I’d love to try this with my family, I have some health issues that require me to eat little to no sugar plus I also want to eat healthier & loose weight with my family. We will probably use it in baking, drinks & in some of our breakfasts
I’d try this in my baking, I always pop something home made in the kids lunches and this sounds like a great way to reduce some sugar.
