We were lucky enough to be chosen to trial this amazing product for the twins (3 years old). Turns out that the baby loves to play too and we love learning by being able focus on colours and letters whilst still being fun. This product would make an amazing 1st birthday present. Cant wait to add to our Duplo collection
Harper (3) was chosen to review the bright and colourful Lego Duplo Alphabet Train. There was much excitement when we picked it up from the courier depot. An awesome thing about Lego is that the products always have bright, warm packaging that draws children’s attention. I did think the box was slightly large for the contents, but that wasn’t a biggie.
Harper and I loved the rainbow assortment of coloured bricks, I also liked how the colours were beautiful pastels and rich colours, and that there were different shades of each colour, so that we could talk about different colours and I could ask Harper to identify different colours. Harper is currently learning the Alphabet so this Lego Duplo set is perfect for that. The bricks are nice and big for Harper to play with and not get too frustrated. Lego sets are timeless and are a great investment for all children to be creative, they’re the only plastic toy I will buy 🙂
My toddler who is 3 years old and I really enjoyed this Lego Duplo alphabet truck. He was able to identify the letters in his name (well mostly) and then he used the blocks to add to the trailer of the vehicle it came with and continued to drive it along. Incorporating the vehicle into the set is awesome and it really encourages the child to use their Imagination. There is no wrong or right way either. We were able to combine this set with another lego duplo set we have which was a train set. This set will grow with him because when he learns how to read and spell the blocks will still be able to be used in that function. We worked as a ‘team’ which is great for teamwork building skills vital for growing up. Thank you Kids spot.
We loved this product! My 4 year old was loving not only the truck design but using her imagination to build robots with the blocks and will find it so useful helping her with the alphabet and short words. Our oldest 6 who’s autistic loved the alphabet blocks and with having people with the set always helps him to try encourage more pretend play as he normally loves the structured side of lego/Duplo mainly just following the instructions but the alphabet blocks and people helped him use his imagination with the set also.
I would love to trial this for my 2 and a half year old think it is great that they can learn the alphabet while being creative with building
I’d love to trial this for my autistic 3yo to help develop her language. She loves blocks and trucks and trains so I think this would be perfect for her. My 18mo would love to join in too
My daughter is 3 and loves the alphabet. This would be a great toy for us to play with together.

What a fabulous idea! My son is now 5 and is still learning all his letters and sounds. This would be such a great addition in helping him to read. And great to form some small words with. I love it!

I am a homebased educator for ages 0-5 and this alphabet truck would be totally amazing to trial with them. It has so much to it to experiment and learn with.
