April Fools’ Day prank: Holey cup

April starts with a laugh and a giggle thanks to April Fools' Day! What better way to begin a new month than with some fun practical jokes? This one is a clever prank that sees your unsuspecting victims getting a surprise shower!

What you need:

• paper cups
• pin
• water or milk

The night before April Fools' Day, prepare your prank.

Take out some paper cups and in as many cups as you have prankees put pin holes about 1cm below the lip of the cup. Make sure they go is all the way around, and only just below the lip, or the prank won't work.

Head to bed and sleep well, knowing you are going to get the first prank of the day in.

Fast forward to breakfast time on April Fools' Day. You and the family are sitting at the table enjoying breakfast … 

Offer to get the drinks. Take out the paper cups you prepared the night before and pour in your water or milk.

As your prankees take a drink you will see the liquid start to dribble from the holes and make a real mess!

This will work with any liquid but juice may be a little bit sticky.
