After two years of lockdowns in Auckland, my kids’ immune systems seemed to not be as strong as they once were. They returned to school at the beginning of 2022 and after the first few weeks they started to get ills and chills and ended up having a large amount of time off school. For about three months I don’t think we went one week where one of them didn’t have to have time off. My husband and I also started to pick up their bugs. We were all so tired and drained and felt like we just couldn’t catch a break. This really took a toll on all of us physically and mentally.
When the chance to trial Viralex KIDS Immune Chews arose I was super keen. That evening we gave the kids the dose as instructed on the pack. We continued daily through winter and spring. Now the kids are back at school for 2023 we will start to take Viralex KIDS again to keep all the ills and chills away.
Good Health Magnesium KIDS – support for growth spurts & sleep
Just before Christmas 2022, my 9-year-old daughter was having disrupted sleep. During the day Ella was not her happy, talkative, normal self – she looked pale and she was extremely emotional. My heart was just breaking for her and nothing helped.
With the 2023 school year fast approaching I was worried about what we were going to do as there was no way she could go to school being as tired as she was so I was delighted when I was offered the chance to trial Good Health Magnesium KIDS.
These chewable tablets are designed to support growth spurts and sleep by soothing muscle tension and helping to calm and relax – so Ella was the perfect candidate to try them on. The packaging says to take 2-6 tablets daily – as Ella is 9 years old – so we started her on four tablets a day. We were able to reduce the number of tablets to two a night which will make the packet last longer. They are invaluable for us to help support Ella’s healthy sleeping pattern.
The jury is back
Both Good Health tablets we have used for the kids have no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives and are a yummy berry flavour. They are also chewable and my 6-year-old loves the cute little kiwi on the tablet.
There are 60 tablets in a container of Viralex KIDS Immune Chews and for our family, this will last us a month. To support our girls’ health, so they are able to attend school and for us to not have to take leave from work, is totally worth it.
The Magnesium KIDS tablets come in a container of 100 so depending on how many you give your kids, a container could last a couple of months. Again, in my opinion, great value if sleep is a problem at your place.
