Activity:
Design your window onto a blank piece of paper using a pencil.
Cut it out and trace its outline onto the font of your balck card.
Cut a window so that it can fit in place when the design is completed.
Colour the penciled design in with oil pastels.
Paint the finished coloured window design in cooking oil. (Careful not to use too much! But also make sure you use enough to cover both the front and back of the paper.)
Allow to dry/ wipe excess oil from the design with old cloth or tissues.
Tape the finished window into its frame on the front of the card.
