Everyone loves getting a gift particularly at Christmas time. This new spin on the old Kris Kringle gives a refreshing way to play. Make sure you get what you want this year with white elephant.

What you need:

• wrapped gifts – one for everyone, see directions

Activity:

First you’ll need to make sure everyone is aware that you’ll be doing a white elephant so they bring a wrapped gift of $10 or less – you
want a combination of novelty gifts and real gifts.

Draw numbers out of a hat to see who gets to pick first. This first person unwraps a gift.

The second person can choose to either unwrap a gift or ‘steal’ the gift the first person opened and so on and so on.

Any person who has their gift stolen gets to unwrap a new gift and the game ends when everyone has a gift.
