Wicked witch candle jars

These spooky Halloween witches candle jars will make your home look perfect for any spooky visitors making their way to your door on Halloween night. They are fun and easy to make, so get crafting with your kids this holiday season.

What you need:

• Glass canning jars
• Acrylic paint: green, white, black
• Paintbrush
• Black marker
• Instant grab glue
• Clear gloss sealer spray

Activity:

Paint a black band along the top of jar. Make jagged edges as this will be witch’s hair.

Paint the jars green. Once dry, do a second coat.

Once dry, spray the black bands with sealer spray. Set aside to dry.

Use the paintbrush to create eyes, nose and a mouth on the front of the jar – remember to make your witch look scary as it is Halloween!

Spray the jars with gloss sealer spray.

When everything is dry, place a tea light candle in the jar and light it carefully.

Once it is dark, watch it glow!
