Ingredients
1kg chicken wings
approx 10 wings
2 tsp fresh ginger
grated
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Equipment
- 1 bowl
- 1 baking tray
Instructions
- Cut wings in half at the joint. Place in bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients together, smother over chicken and marinate in the fridge for 12 hours.
- To cook, preheat oven to 200C.
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn over and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
