Bargain Box Choice delivers family favourite recipes at bargain prices, with everything you need delivered to your door by New Zealand’s cheapest meal-kit – and now with added choice for those fussier family members.

What type of food can I typically expect in a Bargain Box Choice delivery?

Every week you can choose from eight recipes packed with goodness that will make you go WHOA! The amazing Bargain Box chefs and taste testers create meals the whole fam will love. They’re packed with plenty of veggies (perfect for growing bodies!), have easy-to-follow instructions, and are super tasty, too!

There will be a selection of proteins to choose from each week i.e. some chicken dinners, some beef etc. as well as two vegetarian meals.

Bargain Box chicken and eggs are free-range, they use sustainably caught fish, and source as many veggies and other ingredients as possible from local suppliers.

As a busy single mum trying to get different ideas to feed fussy eaters after a busy preschool, school and working day can be challenging. A Bargain Box for 4 people would cater us nicely please. Alot of our meals are repetitive due to no thinking involved.

Oh wow my family of four would love to trial a bargin box. As a full time working mum of 2 children I often struggle on deciding what to cook for my family. It can also be hard finding the time to prepare healthy meals. I have often wondered about trying bargin box as I have heard some really positive comments about them. I’m thinking this may re-spark my love of cooking.

I would like to try the 4 person bargain box as I wish it can help me to organise our weekday dinners with more healthier options, and save some of my time to do the weekly shopping.

I’d love to try this for our family of six. With me working now it’s hard to be inspired for mid-week meals. This would be great for good nutrition and inspiration.

  5. richally 13/05/2021 at 7:34 pm

Would love to try the 4 person. My kids have become so fussy it’s crazy. Iv just returned to full time work and struggling to juggle everything! This would be an amazing time saver and de stresser!

Would love to trial, 1 x vego adult, 1 x growing teen boy, 1 x picky 11 year old and 1 x healthy 13 year old!!! Think this would appeal to all.
Would love the Serves 4: Feeds 4 adults/teens, or 2 adults and 3 kids, for 3, 4 or 5 nights, anything is a bonus!!

Keen to try this to spice up the routine meals we have in the house! My daughter is into her boxing and I’m keen to find healthy protein filled meals to help support her body but also to her taste!
I love the choice factor of this!

This is awesome. Have seen this advertised on tv and have always wanted to try it as I am sick of trying to think of what to have for dinner every night. This way its all there and just have to follow the easy steps and my kids can even help prepare and cook as well. The 6 person option would be perfect. Thank you

I would love to try this for my family. As a shift worker working evenings my hubby is left deciding what to make for our 2 kids each night. This would help open his horizons when it comes to meal time 🙂

We would love to try the 2 person box. We have a nearly 2 yr old who has started to try more adventurous meals instead of just meat and veg but it’s hard to think of easy quick meals for both adults and him when we both work full time.

Would love to try this for our wee family. We have recently had a new addition to the family and life has been super busy with a toddler and a newborn.

The 6 person meal plan for 5 days would make life a breeze for us!

  12. steff 13/05/2021 at 6:17 pm

Would love to try this. Kids get sick of the same meals. Would be nice to be able to come home from work and not have to think about what to have for tea. Pick a meal in the morning and cook when I get home. New ideas for meals would be very helpful. Trial for 4 please.

With lunches, dinners and a new baby to juggle.. Would love to give this a go! Never had a meal box or anything like this before.. 4 adult box would be amazing.. or 6 and hubby and teenagers can take a bento box for lunch the next day!!!!

  14. Sarahgardyne 13/05/2021 at 6:08 pm

I would love to try the 2 person option for our wee family of 3. My 4 year old has been a bit. More picky lately so some easy new options he might eat without drama would be amazing! Also being able to swap meals out would really help with this as could let him help us choose. Also I don’t b eat pork so not being able to pick nob pork meals always puts me off these boxes

  15. emmap 13/05/2021 at 6:04 pm

Would love to be able to trial and review the box for 4 Adults. We have a couple of extra people staying for a while and it would be great to get them to help with the cooking and have easy quick meals to prepare.

  16. khuwyler17 13/05/2021 at 6:01 pm

My family of 5 would love to have the chance to review this. With 2 kids under 5 it’ll help with the chaos that comes with making healthy and nutritious dinners for fussy wee eaters

  17. Tuistar5 13/05/2021 at 5:55 pm

My family would love to try the 6 person box, so amazing to have an option for a larger family. Thinking of what to cook every night can be such a job so having it already planned would be such a time saver and give me more time to spend with the little ones in the evening.

  18. Kyrab 13/05/2021 at 5:34 pm

I’d love the opportunity to try the 4 people meals box, myself and my three kids are always looking to try new meals that taste good but are different to our usual meals. My 12 year old likes to cook so this would be great for her to take some time away from her devices Afterschool and help cook a family meal !

  19. kimrobbie 13/05/2021 at 5:22 pm

I would love to review this as I struggle to come up with meal ideas and what I need to get to cook them. I would love to use the 4 person option.

  20. Nicki Warhurst 13/05/2021 at 5:22 pm

We would love to try the 4 person Bargain Box. Misters 5 and 8 are very fussy eaters. This makes meal times extremely challengng at times, trying to accommodate everyone. Mum and Dad are foodies and enjoy trying different food. Please consider us for this fabulous trial!

  21. Mummaof3 13/05/2021 at 5:21 pm

Hi, I would love the opportunity to trial this out. I’ve just started a new job after being a stay at home mum for past 7 years, and can’t imagine how hard it will be to sort dinner out after a long day at work.
This would make my life so much easier for sure! Thank you

  22. hoollypoolly 13/05/2021 at 5:18 pm

This sounds amazing. With a fussy 5 year old and an eat everything 3 year old Im constantly scratching my head trying to figure out meals to suit the whole family. “What’s for dinner?” Is definitely a saying I get over haha.
Id love to find out if this keeps everyone in the family happy and to have the freedom to not think up meals!
We would love the box for a family of 4

  23. Nictre 13/05/2021 at 5:11 pm

Would love to try this. It’s super busy with the kids and working so this would make the decision of what to make for dinner super easy. 6 person option would be ideal.

  24. alisun 13/05/2021 at 5:05 pm

We would love the bargain box. we were at my sisters and she had bargain box, my daughters enjoyed it, my son has autism and isn’t likely to want the bargain box so we would like the 4 person bargain box please preferably we would like the 5 nights and this would give me ideas to start a meal plan i find its hard to think of different meals all the time

  25. ladymugg 13/05/2021 at 5:05 pm

We would love to try Bargain Box for four. The meals look wonderful and fresh, would love to give these a go!

  26. kymmage 13/05/2021 at 5:04 pm

This looks like a great chance to try something new and get the kids to help make dinner too! We would love to be a part of the trial. If selected a 4 person box would suit us as we are two adults, a teenager and a 9 year old. We have one quite fussy palate in the mix (that would be Miss 9). Happy to do photos and things. Thanks for the opportunity.

We love meal kits as they make meal planning so simple. I have just had a baby and have a toddler that loves food. This would be such a help with not having to plan meals while adjusting to 2 kids and running a household. We are also building a house and moving in 4 weeks time so this would take a lot of stress off us! A 4 serve box would fit our family perfectly

  28. CaseysMum 13/05/2021 at 5:00 pm

My family of 4, 2 adults plus 12 and 16 year old girls would love to trial this.
My 12 old can be a little picky but I have noticed her trying new things when it is tied up with her learning through Food Technology at school. Wondering if maybe getting her to help and follow their recipes might be a way of getting her to try more things.

  29. Karleen 13/05/2021 at 4:55 pm

My family would love to trial the 2 person box. My 4 year old is a fussy eater and I struggle to come up with new ideas that wont take long to make (I have a 6 week old aswell).

  30. Janelleandco 13/05/2021 at 4:54 pm

We would love to be considered for the 6 person one. We have 3 adults (myself, my husband and mother in law) plus a 8, 5, 3 and 1 year old. I am returning to work after being on maternity leave so this would make things alot easier.
