This wasn’t a favourite in our house hold. We usual use surcroyl or equal as sugar substitute and this was not sweet enough. Better than stevia but not something I would be changing to as I feel I had to add too much extra even if it is healthier plant based then our usual
I used the sweetener in fruit rollups. Apples, pears, plums + Lakanto sweetener. I was pleasantly surprised with the resulting taste, not too sweet or overpowering. Texture was good, dissolved easily.

Being on keto and hating the after taste of a lot of sweetners this made a welcome change
After trying it in both coffee and baking (me made chocolate chip cookies and also caramel slice I can say this is definitely something our household will be purchasing again. Even my son ate all the baking and never moaned once!

I’m not that much of a baker so I used the monkfruit sweetener in my tea + coffee.
Taste wise I’m actually quite impressed! With other brands I have to use a lot for my hot drink to be sweet (a bit of a sweet tooth here) and the first gp I used the same amount as a normal sweetener and it was TOO sweet. So I reduced the amount which reduced the calorie intake. Pleasantly surprised but happy about that.
I haven’t seen this product in my supermarket but I’d like to be able to buy it at new world. I give this product a 5/5 and I would purchase other products from the same company.
After we received this we discovered the bag had split at the bottom and half of it was in the courier bag 😢 hense the photos I took the bag was upside down but on another note. Absolutely love this product! We made some chocolate brownie and a much healthier version it was delicious! And the little guy licked the death out of the bowl and spoon. Hubby approved too brownie didnt last long. I have been added to our coffees and not telling hubby and he thinks his coffees have been tasting alot better. Love that it doesn’t have that horrible after taste it has a great texture that just melts and taste amazing! I have not seen it in the supermarket as of yet bit maybe once this lock down is over things will settle will definitely be interested in continuing to purchase and would highly recommend to all. With packaging side of things it would be great to have it resealable for safe keeping. Would definitely look at other options this brand produces love the look of the TOASTED KETO GRANOLA, CINNAMON ALMOND CRUNCH yum looks so good very interested in alot of there products and look forward to seeing them on the shelves
Hubby was so excited we were selected for this trial. We are trying to limit the amount of sugar we consume in our household however hubby cant have any of the standard artificial sweeteners as they give him severe headaches and he cant stand the after taste. so trying this we were hopeful for a different result so,
First up was the morning coffee, we loved that its a standard spoon for spoon and not some extreme math’s equation to swap out, it was not quite as sweet as sugar but there was no after taste which was excellent and hubby gave it the thumbs up, we did some baking and swapped it out for standard sugar and it was a roaring success, so we give it a solid 4/5 over all
I was worried this would leave an after taste but it didn’t, I used it in my scones and pikelets and they tasted good, not overly sweet but just right.
Im not a fan of artificial sweetners and had foregone ever having sugar in my coffee for years and I could wait to try this and it was wonderful, and I love my coffee, between night feeds and a rambocious little one, having that morning coffee is the highlight of my day! Love it. My adventurous morning led to sugared pancakes, yum yum and then banana muffins for lunch. I think I’m total sugar convert, well a monkfruit sugar convert to be exact. It actually tastes like the real thing. I havent seen it before in my supermarket but Im totally on the lookout now. The packaging is great, very eye catching, I will give it a 5/5 and would love to try other items by this brand.
This sugar is amazing, tasted great in baking of the peanut butter cookies and the caramel slice. Have had in coffee and used this amazing product in making the trending Dalgona coffee and was delicious.
Love the packaging and would love to see this product in PaknSave and Countdown.
It has a mild cooling taste/sensation on the tongue and tastes very similar to sugar.
Would definitely rate this as amazing to my friends. And would buy other products by this company.
I’m gonna be attempting some cheesecake with the last bit of sugar.
I haven’t seen this product elsewhere but did see someone suggest it in a recipe online.
