Looking to replace sugar in your diet? Discover monk fruit, the natural no-sugar sweetener!

Over a thousand years ago in the remote mountain highlands of Asia, a group of Buddhist monks, called the Luo Han, achieved enlightenment through meditation, prayer and pure living. On the slopes of a primeval forest, the monks discovered and cultivated a rare fruit, prized for its sweetness. This sacred fruit was named Monk Fruit, or Luo Han Guo, after its devoted caretakers and was used in elixirs to raise chi, or life energy.

In 1995, Lakanto was created to help people around the world quit sugar, to lose weight, help control blood sugar, and live a healthier life.

Lakanto is #ResponsiblySweet – an all-natural, 1 for 1 sugar replacement sweetener that cooks, bakes, and tastes like sugar, with 93% fewer calories but without the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners!

It is natural in taste and texture – just like real sugar. Its sweetness profile is nearly identical to that of sugar. Being heat stable makes it suitable for beverages, cooking and baking. You can now enjoy Lakanto in your favourite drinks, foods and recipes.

  • Naturally sweet
  • 93% less calories than sugar
  • Zero glycemic load affect
  • Gluten free
  • Keto friendly
  • Vegan
  • Stevia free

I would dearly love to try this product, especially with my parents who are both diabetic and have been struggling to find a sweetener that doesn’t upset their tummies. We all love a good cuppa and this would be great to try with our tea/coffee 🙂

I would love to try this product to bake some healthier version of things to pack in my kids lunchboxes, as we are trying to cut out sugar in our diets.

My 8 year old has been doing a Food for Thought module with school so he is on my case about things having too much sugar in them (he is a food label expert now!) We do a lot of home baking so I would love to try a natural alternative to sugar and see if anyone notices 🙂

I’m coffee drinker and like my drink a little bit sweet I’ve always wanted to try a different option other than normal sugar that is better for me and being diabetic I would love to try this if it’s better than normal sugar

I would love to trial this product. I have been trying to cut back on/cut out sugar by using natural sweeteners for several months now. I mainly use it in baking, with mixed results, and have tried to make meringues which we all love but of course they’re usually full of sugar. I would love to try this natural sweetener in a batch of meringues for my family.

I would love to try this. I would use it in baking as I home bake foods for my kids and I’m always looking for ways to reduce sugar and without artificial sweeteners coz they just done taste right. I would love to see if it really loves up to the claims it makes.

My husband and I have been eating a ketogenic diet for the past year, which has involved cutting out sugar and finding suitable substitutes. I do a lot of keto baking and cooking, and have experimented with many sweeteners but have yet to try monkfruit. Would absolutely love to try Lakanto and share my thoughts on it!

Like others have mentioned on here, I too am trying to watch my weight. I am always looking for new ways to reduce sugar intake in my household, particularly for myself and my nine-year-old daughter. I am trying to be a good role model to her by eating well and encouraging her to eat well. I’d therefore try this product as a sugar replacement in baking, i.e. in cupcakes or in healthy biscuits. I like that it’s #ResponsiblySweet, all natural and without the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners (I’m lookin’ at you Stevia!)…

I also like the idea that Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener tastes just like sugar – but has 93% fewer calories. And the fact it was discovered 1000 years ago by Buddhist Monks makes it even more intriguing to me – it sounds very cool!

Recently started Keto diet and would love to use this in my baking!

  17. AJP 05/03/2020 at 8:58 pm

As I’m starting on the keto way of eating, I’d love to trial this in my morning coffee and keto baking. Some other sweeteners are no good for my gut and increase my toilet paper consumption.

  18. Sarahgardyne 05/03/2020 at 8:55 pm

I would love to try this me and my son love to bake so we would likely bake something for the family, maybe some muffins using or ample supply of pears, apple, and rhubarb from our garden.

I would be super keen to try this out! Mum of two over here 🙏. Currently I am studying Nursing, working and also training for my second kickboxing fight! I’ve found myself very swayed towards sugary things and finding it a little difficult so I would love to substitute with something amazing like this!
    Thanks team!

Our family is trying to be sugar free but it is especially hard to stick to when doing baking for the kids lunchboxes. I have never seen or heard of this product before and would love to be able to trail this Lankanto Monkfruit Sweetner in my baking recipes as a full replacement for sugar and give my honset review of how we found it. Thanks for your consideration, Serena

Would love to trial and use with baking for 3 children, sounds amazing!

  23. Flutterbye 05/03/2020 at 8:38 pm

I would love to try this in my baking for my children and for my father, who loves peanut brownies, but says they have too much sugar and to put less and less in, when I cook them for him. It would be good for him to try also in his tea.

  24. Yasminn 05/03/2020 at 8:29 pm

This would be amazing to try out as I’ve been trying so hard to cut down sugar but it’s so hard without feeling deprived. Would love to try this out in baking and sweet treats to help this!

  25. twinxsantos 05/03/2020 at 8:28 pm

I would love to get the chance to trial the Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener. As a busy working mom i would always make time to bake goodies and cakes for the whole family, and i would like my family to enjoy sweet treats that is natural and has less calories content in it.

  26. Michelle Bold 05/03/2020 at 8:22 pm

I would love to trial this as I have recently been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and I am trying to cut out sugar so this would be perfect for not just me but the hubby and kids too.

  27. Roxliley 05/03/2020 at 8:15 pm

This product would be awesome to try and help us reduce our sugar intake. I always add less thsn specified in recipes but to eliminate would help my overexcited kids when on a sugar buzz. And encourage me to bake more regularly.

  28. Shris 05/03/2020 at 8:12 pm

Would like to trial this as our house is a no sugar house. Yes even my little human isn’t allowed anything with added sugar.
I have tried other sugar substitutes but not monkfruit.
Like to see how this compares to other sugar subs that I have used.

  29. Jyostana 05/03/2020 at 7:52 pm

With all the chemicals used in making sugar, maybe it is the time to say goodbye to sugar and hello to natural sweetner. Would be perfect timing to introduce to my baby. Would love to be a reviewer. Thank you.
