Door knob chore chart

Chore charts can be a simple way to keep on top of who is doing what in a busy household. Make this easy doorknob chore chart with your kids and use it to keep the troops sorted.

What you need:

• Box card
• FREE doorknob chore chart printable
• marker pens
• star stickers (or anything else you have to pretty it up a bit and make it "fun")
• 5 x plain wooden clothes pegs

Activity:

Write your child's name at the top.

Enlist your child to help decorate their chore chart.

Place five stars down the left hand "to do" column.

Place five stars down the right hand "done" column.

Write each chore on a peg, both sides mirror imaged, so that the peg will work on both sides of the chart (see video)

Peg the chores to the left.  When they're done, peg them to the right.

Now you know what's done and what's not.
