Make a Fathers Day rosette
Make Dad a champion’s rosette this Father’s Day. A simple but oh-so-cute Father’s Day craft you can do with the kids.

- 2 x A4 sheets of blue paper
- 1 x small piece of box card (10cm x 10cm)
- 1 x small piece of gold wrapping paper or similar (10cm x 10cm)

Activity:
Cut two 7cm strips, lengthways from one of your pieces of blue paper.
Concertina fold each strip.
Now glue them end to end at both ends to form a circle.
Sit the circle upright on the table and press the top edges inward to make a flat circle (see video).
Place a dab of glue in the centre to keep the circle in place.
Cut two more strips of blue paper: 4cm x 15cm.
Cut the end of each in diagonals to form the ends of ribbon (see video).
Overlap the straight-edged ends diagonally and stick them to the back of the rosette.
Now cut a (approx) 7.5cm diameter circle from the box card.
Cut the same sized circle from the gold wrapping paper.
Glue them together.
Write, “Number 1 Dad” on the gold circle. (Or whatever you want to write!)
Stick it to the front of the rosette, in the centre.
Dad is now a champ for Father’s Day!
