This sharing platter has a great balance of mini pancakes, fresh fruit, chocolate, dessert sauce and marshmallows – but you can include whatever toppings you like – the options are endless!

Ingredients

  

• 1 packet 1 packet of Marcel’s Petite Happy Pancakes
• 300 grams dark chocolate (chopped into small pieces) 
• 5 tbsps Dessert sauce (we've used chocolate)
• Marshmallows
• Choice of fruit (pictured: melon, pineapple, kiwifruit, cherry, raspberry, grape and banana)

Instructions

 

• Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces and prepare chocolate and marshmallows.
• Pour dessert sauce into a mini serving bowl.  Arr
• Arrange on a sharing platter, along with mini pancakes. Enjoy!
