Want to enhance your child’s health, vitality, immune and digestive strength?

Colostrum is nature’s first food for every newborn’s immune system. It is a unique food that provides the immune system with the information and the equipment of how to function well and how to function better. This means that over time, colostrum has the ability to not only help the immune system respond more dynamically to any acute challenge in the short term, but in the long run is able to improve and strengthen immune function for the future.

Probiotics, also known as the “friendly” bacteria, are good bacteria that are normally present in the intestinal system and are essential to maintain a healthy digestive and immune system. Probiotics help metabolise and absorb vitamins and minerals as well as protect against problematic bacteria, yeast and parasites in the small and large intestines.

ChildLife® Probiotics with Colostrum provides nature’s ultimate formula for enhancing a child’s health, vitality, immune and digestive strength, and is the only product that combines:

  • Probiotics – First, the proprietary Probiotic Blend is the ideal balance to help support healthy intestinal function
  • Colostrum – Second, the naturally harvested colostrum powder for baby provides a full spectrum of immune factors and boosters
  • Prebiotics – Third, prebiotics support the growth of probiotics to maintain healthy digestion and immune function

ChildLife® uses the finest bovine colostrum and only from the first and second milkings after calving, which are the richest in immunoglobulins, growth factors, protein and peptides. Contains milk proteins.

For babies, ChildLife® Probiotics with Colostrum can be added to formula. For children, it can be easily dissolved in liquid or straight in the mouth with saliva.

Natural orange-pineapple flavour, fruit juice concentrate, fructose.

Thank you for the opportunity to try this product for our children! Our son had it sprinkled on his breakfast with no issues at all. Our almost 2 year old daughter turned her nose up to it sprinkled on her breakfast so I decided to mix hers in with her yoghurt. They both seem to have responded really well to the product, both a lot more regular which is good for their digestive systems. Will definitely have this product on our shopping list 🙂

Mr 7yo was pleasantly surprised with the taste of this when we added it to his daily berry smoothie. He usually doesn’t like the taste of pineapple, but he couldn’t even taste it in this.

Thanks Kidspot for the chance to review the Childlife Essentials Probiotics with colostrum.

I thought the packaging was good and it was great having the handy wee booklet with other Childlife Essential products.

I found the product really good helping the kids with recovery from colds they both had. It seemed to speed the process up. It was a bit hard to disguise in water or milk, but we managed to get them to try it by adding it to their see this. I’ve seen from other reviews that others have mixed into yoghurt so we will try this as it seems to be a great product.

Thank you so much Kidspot for allowing my two girls to trial this product, it could not have come at a more necessary time!
The week it was sent, both my girls came home with a nasty gastro virus.
With their daily dose which I mixed into their sippy cups or added to their porridge, they recovered so quickly!
I found that this product didn’t dissolve and disguise easy just mixed with water however, I found it was best when I added it to a smoothie or their porridge, even their yogurts!
My eldest especially loved the taste which is a bonus when trying to get the little ones to take probiotics!
We have almost finished the course and I am definitely going to buy more, I was so impressed how quickly their bodies fought the virus with the added benefit of taking this colostrum/ probiotic!
I wholeheartedly recommend trying this product!

Thanks so much for the chance to try this. My 11 yr old has Autism & could didnt like the taste or texture, mixing it with yoghurt was easier than just water or milk. Was a bit of a drama getting it into him but on the plus side he seemed like he was getting a cold but it didnt develop into anything major at all! I am not sure it helped his digestive issues but thats something our GP can relook at this week. Thanks again for the opportunity, great product 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised with this . My 2yo knows when something is secretly added to food/drink but this time nothing was said! Finally after a year of one tummy bug after another ive found something that tastes good and will help. Definitely recommend

Thanks very much for the opportunity to try this awesome product.

I have 5 and 3 years old sons. They haven’t fell in sick since they try this. My 5 year old likes toasts for breakfast and so I mix it with spreads which dissolve well. But my 3 year old doesn’t like that and sometimes mix with cereals and water, milk etc… But it doesn’t dissolve well with cold liquid such as water and milk – still some bits. My 3 year old doesn’t mind but if my 5 year old sees it, he doesn’t want to drink it. But I’d buy this as it benefits their health.

Thank you so much for letting my family trial this. My little boy absolutely loves the flavour, he asks to have it each day, tried it mixed in foods and drinks but he will take it happily off a spoon mixed with a little water. After starting this trial I got the flu that would not disappear, unsure if it was this but somehow my little boy did not even get a snuffle and has been incredibly healthy even with all the bugs going around. He has not started getting eczema which he normally would at this time of year. I will continue using it as find it to be amazing.

Thank you for sending me this really helped my kid with his poo trouble…and he was so excited to try it but i found it didn’t mix well with water…need to sprinkle it on yogurt or mixed it with smoothie…
but overall am happy with it and would buy it again.

Thank you so much Kidspot for giving our family the opportunity to try ChildLife Essentials® Probiotics with Colostrum. 1st I was skeptical if my lil ones would try it,but once I gave it to them they absolutely loved the pineapple taste. They loved it in yogurt, milk, juice or just on a spoon 😋. Can definitely see a change in wellbeing. Less tummy issues and overall very happy!

My little 4yr old LOVES this, she eats it off the spoon, I’ll try mixing it with yoghurt I think next time so she gets both goodness, I have never thought that colostrum would be so beneficial for older children!! I would love to get some more when we run out, if it helps keep bugs away, then bring it on! Thanks Kidspot!!

My daughter of 8 years was super excited to see the parcel arrive in the mail. We opened it and it looked very inviting. She was discovering the label etc trying to work out what it was for then I told her and she was pretty excited as she’s had table with her bowels lately so I told her anything is worth a try. She has been putting it in juice everyday for 8 days and she was found she is going to the toilet alot more regular and got getting the aches and pains she was before. She said this also makes she feel good throughout the day. For my son I’ve been a bit sneeky putting it in his Milo in the morning. He hasn’t noticed coz he thrives for that morning Milo lol. But he is going regularly also. I liked the fact that it also has a booklet stating what other products are available which I find absolutely great. I highly recommend this product and my kids well the one who knows she’s having it gives it 10/10 for taste and being easy to mix up in juice. And I’m sure my son would give the same score if he knew as it’s very beneficial for him. He’s also very very fussy so it’s great as a support also. Thanks kidspot for letting us review. Will definitely be purchasing when we run out.

My 5 year old was pretty excited when this arrived – I had a look through the pamphlet to see their range of products which was very interesting. She wanted to give it a try straight away so I mixed a little with some purified water, well she didn’t like the taste!! Haha typical, she’s pretty fussy and I think has real good taste buds! Anyway she refused to have any more, so I have been sneaking it on her breakfast and in her hot chocolate drinks and she didn’t notice anything. I think the product is a great idea, not too sure yet if it has made a difference, time will tell. She has had tummy issues in the past so I am hoping this product will make a difference, I will definitely buy it if it does!!

Oh my what a fantastic product loved the packaging and the little phamplet with information on all their other products. This product was so easy to use for both my kids I have been sprinkling on top of their breakfast cereal and not once did they notice anything different – that’s a big win for me as a mum. Thankyou so much for the chance to review I will definitively be buying this product and keep them topped up to ensure they can’t fight off infections and colds. 10/10 for our family 🙂

My child’s been having ChildLife Essentials® Probiotics with Colostrum for the past 7 days. I’ve been putting half a tsp of the powder in a glass of water or milk in the evenings after she has her dinner. I’ve been mixing the powder into her drink well (with my mini-whisk) before serving it to her.

Miss 8 said after her very first sip: ‘yum, it tastes like pineapple!’, which she then told me was one of her favourite fruits! So the natural orange-pineapple flavour definitely gets the thumbs up from her and, believe me, that is no mean feat in my daughter’s case as she is one of the fussiest kids I know! Put it this way, it took her until age 7 before she even wanted to try a slice of pizza (!), and that wasn’t through any lack of us trying! She’s just not the easiest child to convince when it comes to trying new foods or different flavours… Thankfully, there’s been no hesitation at all on her part when I’ve been giving this probiotic to her. She genuinely enjoys the taste of it. And that’s fantastic because I fully believe in the power of probiotics in helping to maintain good health. I regularly take them myself (in tablet form) in winter. I also take them whenever I’ve had to take a course of antibiotics (although thankfully that is becoming pretty rare for me these days and perhaps that’s down to my regular use of probiotics in the first place?).

As for Miss 8, she does have a little IBS and ‘poo troubles’ from time to time, so I’ve been keeping a close eye out for any changes in her toileting routine since she’s been taking this product. Without going into too much detail, she seems to have been a lot more ‘regular’ over the past week, so that’s been a noticeable benefit so far!

I’d buy this product again in a heartbeat due to its digestive benefits and because there is no WW3 when I give it to my daughter – she happily drinks it and enjoys the taste. Thanks for the opportunity to trial it, it’s clearly a good probiotic for children. I’d recommend it to other parents who are looking for a way to improve or maintain their children’s digestive health.

  16. 09/10/2018 at 1:54 pm

I’d love to try this for my 3 kids aged 2 4 and 6! I’m struggling to get good food into them. They have all been so sick over winter with far too many antibiotics and it would be great to help build their gut health back up as well as supplementing them with goodness!

  17. Shorrty4life1 08/10/2018 at 7:15 pm

Yes please would love to trial this product for my daughter aged 7 and my son aged 5. My daughter always is having issues with her bowels not wanting to work every now and again so this would be pretty good to trial for her and my son is a fussy child so he never gets all nutrients needed so this could be great for him too as his immune system is also low without needed nutrients.

  18. lynnie 03/10/2018 at 6:01 pm

yes please ryan is 8 he seems not to like milk or butter and is a very fussy eater he gets bad tummy pains when he has to much dairy but doctors have given him scratch test and blood tests and he is not any allergys

  19. kiran 03/10/2018 at 3:51 pm

Hi , my daughter is 14 months old and she only drinks formula and eat yogurt and she doesnt like anything solid to eat because of which is constipated most of the time. I think probiotics will help her with her hunger , immune system , stool and would be good to try .

  20. MuddledUpMolly 02/10/2018 at 4:23 pm

We would love the opportunity to try this! I have an 8 year old son and almost 2 year old daughter. Their immune system and intestinal health is of utmost importance to us and we do everything we can to maintain this health through diet. Sometimes I feel that supplements are the helping hand we need to truly reach optimal health so would love the chance to give this product a try 🙂

  21. samjay21 02/10/2018 at 1:41 pm

I have two little girls under 3 and lately here in Taupo there have been massive outbreaks of viruses.
As a mum, I am wanting to boost my children’s immune systems and overall health so they don’t keep catching all these nasty bugs.
I have tried Inner health plus today probiotics but I love how this brand aslo includes colostrum! Wow!
I have just been to a Gut Health Talk and was amazed at how important Probiotics are and the purposes they serve in our digestive tract.
I think this product needs to be incorporated in every child’s diet!

  22. Katnaylan 02/10/2018 at 11:42 am

We love the calcium and magnesium liquid that we trialled, and we still use it now… I would love to give the probiotics a go too, as my son can get a runny nose from being at playcentre and being outside as often as he can.

  23. Kat555 02/10/2018 at 9:27 am

We would love to trial and review these probiotics. I always look at buying some but am so confused about which ones to buy. I have heard that they really help to keep gut health at its peak and can help prevent common ills. My children are 3, 6 and 8 and I’m sure they would all love to try these. I get so tired of the reoccurring colds and sniffles. Please consider us. Thanks

  24. daisy22 29/09/2018 at 4:14 pm

I would love to be a reviewer please! My 3 kids just can’t seem to get well at the moment, and I’ve heard that probiotics can be helpful. Their ages are 6, 3 and 2. I love the fact that it’s a powder as there’s no way any of my lot would be able to take a tablet, but I still want the benefits for their immune system. It seems like they pick up every bug that goes past and constantly have a cough and/or runny nose

  25. Angelgirl081 29/09/2018 at 9:17 am

I would love to review these Childlife Probiotics with colustrum for my 5 year old and 19 month old. My youngest, being in full time daycare, seems to get sick quite often and is also quite fussy so these would be a great extra boost to keep her gut healthy.
Both my kids get excema and I have heard that Probiotics can help with this.

  26. Bevik1971 28/09/2018 at 9:59 am

Would love to try this for our 5 year old. Over the past 3 years she has been sick a lot with croup and been hospitalized a couple of times due to it. She doesn’t just get a normal cold, she gets really sick. We have also had to dramatically reduce her intake of dairy and gluten as it was causing stomach upsets and issues with her poo 🙁 This would be great to try and see if it helped 🙂

  27. 28/09/2018 at 7:40 am

I would love to trial this on my 3 young children- 2, 5 and 7. I’m a germaphobe so like to do as much as possible to stop my children from getting sick.

  28. KarliePlusFour 28/09/2018 at 7:01 am

I would love too trial these with miss 5.5. she’s at big school now and alot of kids are sharing germs. A probiotic would help her fight all that sickness! I also have three other kids who aren’t quite so sickly that could also give it a trial too!

  29. Maria 28/09/2018 at 6:45 am

My daughter is almost 7. Id love to trial this as Ive heard how fantastic probiotics are for kids immunities.
