Thanks for the chance to review these, perfect timing for the school holidays.
My daughter wanted to try them straight away and she went for the yoghurty one first- she loved it. Yes! She is a very fussy eater so it is great news.
I took the rest of them on a trip away as they are perfect snacks to have in the car or in my handbag. She didnt really like the banana choc flavour, I did though 😋.
They are a great size treat bar and can easily be snapped into 2 pieces for younger ones or to share.
I will definitely be looking for these in the supermarket to add to lunches on occasion or to have as snacks on the run.

So pleased to get the chance to review the LCM split stix bites. My kids loved these! The banana flavour was a clear winner- and the fact that you could split them into two was great as my girls could just share a packet sometimes. Probably wouldn’t buy them often but they were a nice treat 🙂

I was really excited to receive these treats. Great individually packed easy to grab and take on a trip out. I wish my kids liked them but sadly they didn’t. I on the other hand thought they were delicious (ha ha). easily split into two to share with friends kids (who wanted more), just my strange kids that didn’t appreciate the texture I think. But they were a win from me. More eco friendly packaging would be a bonus too. 😀

Wow! These disappeared so fast in our house! My eldest son enjoyed these ad loved all of the flavours. The size is perfect for a lunchbox treat or you could pop some in your handbag for when you’re out and about. My youngest didn’t like them but he has food issues, so not terribly surprising. My husband and I also tried them and LOVED them, hence why they went so fast. The only thing I didn’t like is that I forgot to get more in my grocery shopping!

These were pretty yum! My 3 yr old loved them and i love that they are little. Shed usually get upset at me only giving her part of a big bar. Instead she could have the whole thing. I monitor the amount of sugary foods she has but happy for her to have these as a treat and snack! Thanks for allowing us to trial. I will be buying these again.

Thank you for the chance to trial these really yummy snacks. I am always looking for fillers in my daughters lunch and this is a great treat option for her. Considering it is still made of cereal, i am not too fussed about her having this in her lunch box as it is just the same as giving her a breakfast or brunch bar. The choice of Flavours was interesting. My daughter of course chose chocolate as her first one and a close second was Choc banana and then Yoghurt. She loved them all. I have to admit, i did steal a few too!! they were too yum to pass up. I did find however that the chocolate one had a banana flavour, so i am not sure if there was a mix up at the factory or the packaging allowed a cross contamination of flavour…but something happened. lol.. I would like to say though that the 9 in the bag is very low and I would have expected more.. most of the bag is air which is disappointing, a bit more generosity would be appreciated!! lol .. that and a good price and i will be buying this every single shop… LOVED IT!! 🙂 And thank you again!!

Thanks for allowing us to try these. They are great. My daughter loved all the flavours and couldn’t pick a favourite. I love them for the fact they are perfect for lunchbox, out and about or just as a treat. I prefer these to the regular size as they are a treat food so you can pop one in the lunchbox etc and your child still gets a treat but more child sized. These have already been purchased again in the shopping.

  8. Keryn247 18/07/2017 at 6:45 pm

The kids loved these, I tried one too, just cause I can, and I thought they were good. They were a good size as a treat in the lunch box or after lunch at home. Not something I would give the kids everyday but great as an occasional treat

  9. letteloo 18/07/2017 at 1:46 pm

Well these went down a real treat in our house! My boys tried one of each flavour and just to keep things even, mummy stepped in to help with the third one 🙂 We liked all the flavours, but chocolate was the kids favourite and the yoghurt and banana chocolate were my favourite 🙂 I would definitely pop these in the kids lunchboxes a couple of times a week as a bit of a treat – they are nice and small and perfect for a little treat. Might be a good idea to keep some in mummies drawer at work too… just for those afternoon pick me ups!! Thanks for a fun start to the holidays Kidspot, we loved them.

My two kiddies really loved the chocolate flavor, they fought over the last one as there are three in the pack haha I personally found the size great for lunch boxes and not too big that I felt guilty for putting really unhealthy options in their lunch box, I don’t think they would be on my weekly shopping list as would like to keep them as a treat food but think we definitely would purchase again in the future 😁 Thank you very much for the opportunity to review 😁

Thank you for giving our family the opportunity to sample the Kellogg’s LCM’s Split Stix Bites. My 2 year old doesnt get sweet treats often. I packed one for him in the fishing picnic box on the weekend and the only thing he keeps telling me about was ‘Mummy, chocolate on the boat!”. Haha. So definitely a winner with him.
I like how they are small but not too small. Different flavours in one pack make it more exciting.

  12. Holz13 17/07/2017 at 1:15 pm

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to try the Kellogg’s LCM’s Split Stix Bites. What a great idea to make small snack size bites that split in half and actually taste really good.

My oldest daughter tried all 3 flavours and has taken a liking to the chocolate the most, it reminds her of having cocoa pops, the taste is very similar as i have a bite as well and we love that they are made with real rice bubbles.

My youngest daughter likes the Banana choc and so do i, not too over powering in banana flavour and with the chocolate bottom is a great snack for all.

My partner tried all 3 and liked the yoghurt ones the best, he said they are very tasty and we are to get some more in the shopping, so overall a big win in this house hold.

I like that there is no artificial colours or flavours so its all natural and of course made from rice bubbles as mentioned above. overall a great snack for the kids and us adults.

The Kellogg’s LCM Split Stix Bites was tried out and found to be softer than daughter expected as she and I thought they would be crisper. Nice to have an assortment of three different flavours in one bag so all the children can try out the flavours and decide on which one they would rather have.

She found them easy to split into two and said this would be good to share instead of eating a whole one. Great size for lunch boxes when school goes back. She didn’t really like the chocolate taste, but loved the yoghurt flavour.

I love how they contain no artificial colours or flavours and are very convenient to throw into a lunch box or bag at the last minute. I’ll have a look at the price before I decide to buy these. Thanks for letting us go on the trial.

  14. juliereidnz 16/07/2017 at 8:10 am

As soon as these arrived the kids were keen to try them! Great that you can split them into 2 pieces as I see these bars as an occasional treat due to their sweetness. They both loved the banana chocolate ones. I packed the yogurt ones for after gymnastics which were not so popular and finally the chocolate ones were sampled. This flavour was the clear favourite!
I would get these again but only as a treat, probably not for the lunch box on a daily basis (much to the disappointment of the kids who would eat them every day if they could).
Thank you for the opportunity to try these 😃

  15. Abbey 15/07/2017 at 8:25 pm

Wow we’re stoked we’ve been able to trial these! I love the smaller size and my girl couldn’t care less that they’re small. Still a treat 🙂 chocolate was a real hit and I had to agree. The banana and choc was a no go that was given back to me sorry to say. And with that out come I’m giving them a break so she can reset and guve the banana a fair go and who knows I might try the choc banana again if the banana goes well…

Thanks for the chance to review Kellogg’s LCM Split Stix Bites! They were a real hit in our household. Bubs adored the treats, especially the yoghurt flavoured Bites. They were also in the perfect size for little hands, and able to be split in two down the middle (which helped us teach about sharing as well!) I tried all three favours (research purposes :P) and could not pick a favourite. Very handy to pop into the lunch box and into the handbag for snack emergencies. Also the three flavour pack allows lots of variety which is a plus for curious toddlers 🙂 The packaging is also colourful and kid friendly. I would definitely buy these if I saw them in the supermarket.

Thanks for choosing us to trial this product. My kids loved them they had so much flavour and the size of them was great for putting in as a treat on our journeys. The girls are very fussy when it comes to any muesli bar type products but these ones they really enjoyed. Will definitely look to buy these from now on as a mini treat for them.

  18. GONZZE 14/07/2017 at 3:27 pm

Thanks for Choosing us to review these my lot loved them the Chocolate was there favourite .It would be good if you could just buy one flavour in a pack and get bigger packs of them .They are a great size for little ones that do not eat a lot. I like how they do not have any Artificial colours or flavours in them. The ingredients are easy to read and under stand as its good to no what is in the food that I give my children. miss 6 all so liked putting milk on her one. These would be great for the kids lunch boxes or just a snack

  19. Monza39 14/07/2017 at 10:05 am

Thank you for the chance to trial these.

I really like the size of them and that they could be split in two. This is great way to extend the product, especially if you were wanting to get these but maybe price is a factor (I don’t know the retail price).

Would be ideal wee ‘treat’ every now and then in my kids lunchboxes. They have definitely been well devoured these school holidays. Easy for me to pop some in my handbag when we are out and about. Great for on the go snack.

If I was to purchase them I would get the banana choc or yoghurt. Surprisingly the chocolate was not a favourite option in the house.

Thanks for choosing us to review this product.

I always find it exciting to see new and different products, especially for lunch boxes as it is sometimes hard to find different things that the kids love. My kids really enjoyed the taste of all the flavours and my oldest liked the yogurty flavour the best. I thought it was good that there was the three different variety of flavours in the packet, as my three children often all like a different flavour. This makes the LCM splitstix bites appealing to me as I can buy one packet to satisfy my whole household rather than having to buy three separate packets of bars.

The LCM splitstix bites are convenient small portions to grab and put in your bag on the way out the door. They are also the perfect size to fit into the compartment or bento style lunchboxes that are all the rage at the moment. I think the portion size is perfect as it is just enough without becoming too sickly and sweet.

I would be happy to recommend this product to family and friends because I think it is the perfect sized snack.
Overall I was happy with this product and it was a tasty treat for the whole family!

Thank you Kidspot and LCM’s for choosing us to review 🙂

Love the packaging, nice and bright and draws your attention (I checked them out at the supermarket too, easy to spot!). Love how the bars are nice and small and you can break in half to give a smaller portion, one now and one for later!

The flavours are good, my 4 year old loved all of them, the chocolate being her fav! Even I enjoyed them, I took some to work as part of my lunch, a nice sweet treat for afternoon tea. They are nice and light and not too big – the bag didn’t last very long though I’m afraid haha, which is a good sign of a delicious bar.

All in all a great treat for the kids (and adults!), nice and light and great tasting – I would buy these from the supermarket 🙂

Thank you for choosing us to review this product

I really liked the portions and the banana choc was a huge hit in our house. They were just the right size for my young girls. However after watching them eat one and the chocolate melting all over their fingers as they held them to eat, I was instantly put off this product.
My toddlers are messy enough eaters without adding melted chocolate to their fingers and my furniture. *cringe*

If the chocolate base was to be replaced by chocolate chips on top I would happily purchase and recommend.

  23. CreativeMum 11/07/2017 at 2:32 pm

These were a real hit in our house! Great size fun snack. All the flavours went down a treat with the wee ones (although I found the yoghurt one quite sickly sweet when I tried it). The choc banana was voted the favourite. I like that they are not a massive bar and also that you can break them in two – we found that they were really good for sharing 🙂

Thank you for letting us try Kellogg’s LCM Split Stix Bites
My twins (nearly 4) are very visual so as soon as they saw the packet with the pictures on it they went all excited and wanted to have one. (Oh well, they would have eaten the whole packet if I let them. ) My boy is a chocolate addict and chose the chocolate one while my daughter went for the yoghurt one so I tried banana choc myself.
Needless to say within a minute they were gone. All three versions of them taste great and just melt in your mouth. They are soft but still chewy and have the nice crunch of puffed rice.

The individual packets are about 4x4cm so perfect size for any lunchbox. Unfortunately it’s school holidays now so I cannot test them at kindy and I am pretty sure they won’t last even another day.

My kids usually don’t eat any kind of cereal bars because they don’t like them but they got all excited about these. We love them! They taste great and are perfect size for a snack/lunchbox. I definitely recommend Kellogg’s LCM Split Stix Bites.
I have a suggestion for a new flavour. How about strawberry/yoghurt? My son would love strawberry 😉

What a great surprise, when we received our Kellogg’s LCM Bites in the mail today. Both we and the kids were super excited to try it. Everybody loved them and is such a nice treat. I will definitly add this to lunchboxes as it is not only conveniently packaged and bite sized, but also no artificial colours flavours which makes it a plus for this mommy. Definitly somrthing to always have in the pantry when a snack is needed ? thanks so much for the opportunity!

  26. Loulou 11/07/2017 at 7:21 am

Thanks for the opportunity to try Split Stix Bites. My 8 year old son and I tried all the flavors and both really liked them. They will be a convenient little treat for the lunch box. I had to get my son to read the ingredient list as the writing was too small which is often a problem on lots of products not just this one. Our son is peanut allergic so this is another convenient treat he can have which is great. I like that they contain no artificial colours or flavours. I would buy this product and also recommend it to others. If they were made in NZ, they would tick all the boxes.

We received Kellogg’s LCM Split Stix Bites today. Our 3 year was excited to try these. When I asked which flavour he want to try first, he choose the chocolatey Stix bite. He said it taste “very yummy” & want to have another one afterward. He loves Split Stix Yoghurty & Split Stix Banana Choc flavour too. But I think his favorite one is split Stix Chocolatey.
I did try little bit of everything myself & love the taste.
I think Split Stix are huge success with my little one. Since he loves all three flavours will be added bonus as well.
Love the individual little packet of split Sticks. These will come very handy for lunch box too.
I will definitely buy the Kellogg’s LCM Split Stix Bites again. Recommend to all.
Thano you so much for the opportunity to review this great product.

  28. Renetjien 10/07/2017 at 10:20 pm

Received the LCM splitsticks today while my 2 year old was at kindy. As soon as he got home I said “Mum has a surprise for you…” his face lit up when he saw the bag and he said “open please mum”
He chose the banana choc flavour which i thought would be the one he would not like or like the least. He had one bite and said “hmmmm…. yummy….” He knows that he is allowed one treat when he gets home from kindy but after dinner he opened the snack drawer, brought the packet of splitsticks to me and said “one more pleeeeeeease mum!” I couldnt say no… all and all so far I would say that in THIS house, it was a BIG hit! (Sneaked one myself and they are delish!!)

  29. Staceyleaning14 10/07/2017 at 10:18 pm

Ohhhh we had some excited daughters in the house today. A special delivery for them at the doorstep. Ohhhhh yay. They were excited and we shared them for brunch with their friends!!! As soon as they saw the packaging they were excited. So packaging is doing the trick. I like the smaller size treat for the kiddies. Even mum and dad enjoy them. We served them up and all four kiddies enjoyed them, my daughters asked for one for dessert. All three flavours were a hit. Chocolate banana and chocolate were the first to disappear.

  30. Mummyoftwo 10/07/2017 at 4:59 pm
