thanks for sending me two products to try. I loved them both, they cleaned well and smelled great. just one thing bout the liquid it was hard to get a good grip on the bottle and a little messy.

I was sent the Living Green Fragrance Free & Ultra Sensitive Certified Natural Laundry Powder + Living Green Lemon & Tangerine Certified Natural Dishwashing Liquid to try. I liked the packaging of the washing powder, paper bag and a little wooden scoop! I’ve been using it for just over a week now and find the clothes coming out lovely and clean. No smell, just crisp and clean. The dishwashing liquid has a lovely smell, seem to need to use alot of it but it does a good job. Really impressed and would definitely purchase both of these products, thanks!
We were lucky enough to receive two Living Green laundry products, Eucalyptus & Mint laundry powder and Lavender & Aloe laundry liquid. The first thing that I noticed was the fragrance, they smelled amazing, my whole laundry smelled amazing!! I like the packaging but wonder if it is necessary to use a box and a paper bag for the powder, many other brands just use a box and im sure that it must use less paper… I LOVE the little bamboo scoop and the fact that you need to use so little of the product, it lasts for ages and everything comes out clean and smelling great. I have seen Living Green laundry powder at the supermarket and was hesitant to buy it because of the price but now that I know that it lasts so much longer that other laundry powders and I can see how its more cost effective I will be reaching for Living Green in future!!
Thanks Kidspot for the opportunity to review Living Green laundry products. The two products I received were Lavender & Aloe Laundry Liquid and Eucalyptus & Mint Laundry Powder.
Firstly I was really wowed by the packaging – the products are really lovely to look at, far too pretty to hide away in the laundry cupboard! Living Green has clearly taken care with the design of their packaging. I love that they have thought about making it recyclable too. The packaging also has great graphics, easy to read font and directions and information about the product. The paper bag and bamboo scoop with the powder, and bamboo ring on the bottle lid are all nice little details, which I think make the brand distinctive. Its also so great to be able to read a list of recognisable (and pronounceable!) ingredients. The only thing I would say about the Laundry Liquid bottle design was that when pouring from the full bottle, it didn’t feel overly secure in my hand.
Both laundry products performed well, and clothes came out looking clean and smelling fresh. Only a small amount of product is required, so they are clearly very concentrated and you get heaps of washes out of every box /bottle. One thing I particularly loved about both products was the lovely subtle, natural fragrances they left on my washing. I really detest the strong, overly perfumed smell of some of the leading laundry products, they really bug my nose so I completely avoid them! Instead of using a non-fragranced product, this is a great option instead. I’m not usually drawn to the fragrance of eucalyptus, but combined with mint I really like it.
I would definitely buy these again, and really want to try Living Green’s dishwashing liquid next also. I really hope these natural products be well supported and become more mainstream!
