Looking to replace sugar in your diet? Discover monk fruit, the natural no-sugar sweetener!

Over a thousand years ago in the remote mountain highlands of Asia, a group of Buddhist monks, called the Luo Han, achieved enlightenment through meditation, prayer and pure living. On the slopes of a primeval forest, the monks discovered and cultivated a rare fruit, prized for its sweetness. This sacred fruit was named Monk Fruit, or Luo Han Guo, after its devoted caretakers and was used in elixirs to raise chi, or life energy.

In 1995, Lakanto was created to help people around the world quit sugar, to lose weight, help control blood sugar, and live a healthier life.

Lakanto is #ResponsiblySweet – an all-natural, 1 for 1 sugar replacement sweetener that cooks, bakes, and tastes like sugar, with 93% fewer calories but without the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners!

It is natural in taste and texture – just like real sugar. Its sweetness profile is nearly identical to that of sugar. Being heat stable makes it suitable for beverages, cooking and baking. You can now enjoy Lakanto in your favourite drinks, foods and recipes.

  • Naturally sweet
  • 93% less calories than sugar
  • Zero glycemic load affect
  • Gluten free

Would love to trial this. Would use in baking and on cereal first. So many things this could be a swap for sugar in.

I would love the opportunity to try lakanto monkfruit sweetener as an alternative to other sugars sweeteners we have tried in an effort to reduce blood sugar levels to avoid worsening diabetes. Thank you

My daughter was recently diagnosed with ADHD and we were advised sugar is definitely something to cut down/out of her diet. She eats pretty clean anyway but definitely has a sweet tooth and misses the occasional treat. I’d love to try this to make her something simple like a home made biscuit, or muffin, even sprinkle some on her cereal! This would be great 🙂

Yes please I would love to try this for my family of 5, we have been trying very hard to cut out our sugar intake especially me as diabetes runs on my side of the family. Would love to try this as a healthier alternative I do alot of baking wich I halve the sugar content so this would be a great substitute and then i can add no sugar and still get the sweetness but in a healthier way.

My son who is 12 and highly addicted to sugar has just started a sugar detox. It would be nice for him to still enjoy some yummy home baking in his lunchbox with the help of this product.

  9. Kimfsutton 05/03/2020 at 3:05 pm

I do a lot of baking for the kids and would live to try a sugar alternative to make their treats healthier. Thank you for the opportunity!

This would be amazing. I am living the keto life style so absolutely no sugar in my diet. The only monk fruit sweetener I have found was at bin inn which was extremely expensive. The other alternate sweeteners are just not cutting it. Super sweet tooth and make many different treats on a weekly basis using sweetener and only keto friendly products. Many of my friends whom follow keto enjoy my baking too.

Since starting a Keto diet earlier this year it’s really opened my eyes up to the amount of sugar in mine and my child’s diet. I’d love to trial this product to cut down on the sugar yet still be able to enjoy some sweet treats 🙂

  19. Keryn247 05/03/2020 at 3:01 pm

I love baking and have a real sweet tooth, so this would be great to try in my baking and in my hot chocolate or peppermint tea. Yes I put sugar in herbal tea!

  21. Missmel123 05/03/2020 at 3:00 pm

I would love !!!! To try this product – I am currently on a mission to reduce sugar from my children’s diet, I currently bake all there sweets so I know exactly what and how much goes into their food. This product looks amazing and so much better than all the chemical sugar substitutes
Also wonder how it would go in my coffee 🤔🤔 worth finding out I think 😜

  22. kbakie24 05/03/2020 at 2:59 pm

  23. AmandaB 05/03/2020 at 1:43 pm

I would love to try this product. My husband and I have stopped eating sugar and one thing I really miss is baking / sweet treats. I have seen so many recipes with monk fruit sweetener and I would be keen to give them a try. Especially a cheesecake or sugar free fudge!

  24. jenbabe231 05/03/2020 at 12:16 pm

I’d love to try this, I have tried to cut sugar in the past but have never found a replacement that I could handle the taste of, I’d rather go without than use any sugar replacements that I have tried in the past

  25. zackandemiliasmummy 05/03/2020 at 12:09 pm

This would be amazing. I’m not a big fan of sugar so tend to use artificial sweeteners.
I would use this in the families baking, weekend pikelets and as a substitutes for sugar as will all follow a sugar free lifestyle.
My husband would also use it in his morning coffee aswell so our whole family will benefit as his current sweetener has stevia as non stevia products are seemingly hard to find in shops

  26. vgh372 05/03/2020 at 11:49 am

I would love to try this. Would try in my coffee and on my breakfast and even in baking

  27. Missgoldie 05/03/2020 at 11:43 am

I would love to try this in our baking, I try to adapt recipes to use less sugar or replace with honey or maple syrup as I don’t like giving my kids too much refined sugar.

  28. Naysgirl 05/03/2020 at 11:35 am

I would use this in some keto baking to try some new recipes.

  29. GONZZE 05/03/2020 at 11:19 am

I would love to review this product I have ulcerated classes a bell disease and have been told if I take sugar out of my diet it should help me but the idea of having no sweetness is hard so I would love to review this product and have a healthy option to sugar and also having a diet without sugar would be a lot better for me overall so the sounds like a product I need to try

    • keades13 05/03/2020 at 3:13 pm

I would love to give this a go. I’m trying to lose weight but have a massive sweet tooth, which is often my downfall. I am also put off by alot of artificial sweetener aftertastes. I’d use this product in hot drinks for myself and baking for the kids, particularly biscuits.

  30. Shorrty4life1 05/03/2020 at 11:11 am

Oh this would be awesome. We have recently cut most sugar out of our diet but the kids still love their sugar in Milo’s and on their breakfast scooped on top of it. I would love to give them a healthy replacement which is going to be good for them and not rot out their teeth. I would also love to try this product in my baking rather than normal sugar as it states it tastes much the same so be interesting to give it a go and get back into baking without feeling like I’m eating a bowl full of sugar. Thanks kidspot
