Looking to replace sugar in your diet? Discover monk fruit, the natural no-sugar sweetener!

Over a thousand years ago in the remote mountain highlands of Asia, a group of Buddhist monks, called the Luo Han, achieved enlightenment through meditation, prayer and pure living. On the slopes of a primeval forest, the monks discovered and cultivated a rare fruit, prized for its sweetness. This sacred fruit was named Monk Fruit, or Luo Han Guo, after its devoted caretakers and was used in elixirs to raise chi, or life energy.

In 1995, Lakanto was created to help people around the world quit sugar, to lose weight, help control blood sugar, and live a healthier life.

Lakanto is #ResponsiblySweet – an all-natural, 1 for 1 sugar replacement sweetener that cooks, bakes, and tastes like sugar, with 93% fewer calories but without the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners!

It is natural in taste and texture – just like real sugar. Its sweetness profile is nearly identical to that of sugar. Being heat stable makes it suitable for beverages, cooking and baking. You can now enjoy Lakanto in your favourite drinks, foods and recipes.

  • Naturally sweet
  • 93% less calories than sugar
  • Zero glycemic load affect

This would be awesome to try being a diabetic I can’t have many sugary things and also my mum is a insulin dependent diabetic so she would benefit from giving this a try. We don’t like the taste of the stevia so I’m excited to see how this will taste ☺️ Thanks

We are already using sugar free substitutes in our baking but would love to try something else

  3. Maur 07/03/2020 at 8:06 am

Would love to try. Second week into low carb along with my daughter (16). This would be great! Thanks

Looking for an alternative for my family to reduce the amount of refined sugar we eat.

I’d trial it in Baking and see if we can make healthier treats

Ooh yes please, using an natural alternative wood be great to try in baking especially. I bake a lot for the kids lunches and have found it tricky to find a good alternative that didn’t have an after taste, so resorted to raw sugar as it was bigger but used less that suggested. Great idea thank you for putting this out there to learn about.

I’m a carer for my mum who has been diagnosed with cancer and diabetes so this sounds perfect 👌

What won’t I be using this on! From sweetening that coffee first thing in the morning to be able to face the day to adding a bit of heaven to my bran flakes or weetbixs while appeasing my LO with this sweet alternative in his porridge. Would make every morning sweet as!

Would love to try this product. Trying to eat low carb and reduce my sugar intake. Have tried other sweetners in the past and they often have a horrible after taste. Would love to try using when baking for my family.

This would be amazing to trial and review. I have two kids one of whom is gluten free, and I have also just started on a keto meal plan for the next 60 days. Being able to use a sweetner that has 93% calories less than sugar while also being gluten free and Keto friendly just ticks all the boxes for me as a Mum.
I would use this in our baking to make things for the kids lunchboxes, and I would also use these in the keto fat bomb recipes for my mid afternoon snack.

I currently keep away from sugar as I am on Keto so only use Stevia – mainly in coffee. However, I have heard of Monk fruit as a sweetener but never actually tried it so I would love to trial this in my coffee and also try using it in baking as stevia is too hard to determine in amounts to be used in baking. So If I had a trial of this I would try to use in baking as well.

I’d love to trial this sugar substitute. I’m always looking for healthier choices when baking and in my family’s diet in general. I’m also trying to lose weight so would be grateful to try his product. Please consider our family.

I would use it for keto pancakes and in baking and everything really, or just in my coffee

  13. Kyrab 06/03/2020 at 6:05 pm

My whole household would love this for their cereals, hot drinks and I could give it a whirl in our weekly baking for school! I don’t have sugar in my hot drinks but really miss it in a cup of tea so this would be a great way to have my ‘sweet’ tea without the bad stuff white sugar brings!

Our family are starting on the low carb healthy fats diet and this would be great to try for healthy baking to go in my son’s lunchbox and ours too. Thank you

I’m on keto, but haven’t used any sweetner products yet, I’d love to go back to making weekend pancakes so I’d definitely use this for that, and making some keto breakfast muffins with this would be amazing!

  16. Kyliemacphail 06/03/2020 at 3:37 pm

Yes we would love to try this as I’m trying to cut down our family’s sugar intake. Baking I would like to try it in!

  17. laoshizhu 06/03/2020 at 3:23 pm

We would use it for our salads especially our kids’ favorite tomato salads as we normally put four spoons of sugar for a medium bowl of tomato salads!

  18. Chhlnz 06/03/2020 at 2:58 pm

Oh my goodness, yes please,! Perfect for our low carb baking and our attempts to reduce sugar in our lives. I’d love to try this and will happily submit pictures of our usage!

    • hollyw6 07/03/2020 at 9:51 am

This would be awesome to use in our family baking as an alternative to sugar

  19. Hlesnz 06/03/2020 at 12:35 pm

Having just quit sugar myself I would really love to try this product. I am wanting to reduce the amount of sugar my children consume as well- this would be a great alternative to keep being able to offer them the foods they like with out all the xtra sugar. Im on a mission and have been buying reduced sugar and trying to cut it out for my kids where I can. I would love to review this product.

This trial would be awesome ❤️…. I’ve been working on becoming refined sugar free over the past year and have noticed a big shift in my sleeps and moods as a result. What I haven’t done yet is shift the the rest of the families refined sugar use…. This might give me the motivation to attempt this😉

  20. Motheroffour 06/03/2020 at 12:12 pm

This would be amazing to try as trying to drop sugar intake.

  21. Jassie 06/03/2020 at 12:08 pm

My husband makes the most delicious cookies that as a family we all eat with gusto… of course they contain sugar so it would be interesting to see if an alternative tastes as good. Maybe then I would feel less guilty when the kids eat them ;P

  22. buzzi 06/03/2020 at 12:04 pm

Sugar is the white death ! a substitute that tastes and looks like sugar will be a God send.
I want to put out Lakanto in the sugar bowl and baking container instead and replace sugar entirely from my kitchen.

  23. lynnhoffmeister@yahoo.com 06/03/2020 at 11:46 am

We’ve already started cutting out most added sugars to our family diet and would love to try this for baking and cooking.

  24. mel yu 06/03/2020 at 11:38 am

Yes please! Always looking for no sugar / low sugar alternative for my 4 year treats!!

  25. Rhikitty 06/03/2020 at 11:23 am

I’d love to trial this. I’m trying to cut back on sugar but stevia makes me really sick. This would be great to add to my latte in the mornings!

  26. Dotti2019 06/03/2020 at 11:05 am

I would use this in my baking. I’ve been trying to reduce my intake of sugar and when I bake I’ve been using sugar free alternatives. Would love to use this in my baking 🙂

  27. Toni_West 06/03/2020 at 10:52 am

Hello, please consider. I have always consumed too much sugar and I am now for the first time actively looking at my family’s sugar intake and it is shocking! I am teaching my girls to be more sugar savvy and making good food choices. It would be awesome to test your product.

  28. Jubes 06/03/2020 at 10:48 am

My family would love to trial this Monkfruit sweetener! We are just over a month into been as sugar free as possible. My husband and I have lost a combined weight of 13.7kg and the kids are really getting on board also. I would love to trial this product while baking with my daughters it sounds amazing and we are currently looking for alternatives. One daughter has an extremely sweet tooth and I worry about her sugar addiction as she is reaching a age of been sneaky about it. Less Mum guilt with better options in the sweetener area would be amazing!

  29. Doraawyong1982 06/03/2020 at 10:41 am

We’re always looking for a sugar substitute, for oats and bakings!

  30. MrsV 06/03/2020 at 10:33 am

I would love my family to be considered for this trial,
My eldest daughter (4) is a type 1 diabetic, so we often look for sweeteners but sometimes don’t like the cooling effect or the bitter after taste.
We as a whole family enjoy using sugar substitutes so would enjoy trailing and reviewing this.
    Thanks 🙂
