We received the apple chips and the apple rings and my son who is 18 months loved them both especially the apple chips. He would have eaten them all if I had let him!
We received the Fruit Noodles and the Fruit Medley. My son (4) really liked both. He liked the variety in the medley, but it was about the noodles that he immediately said ‘can I have some more?’
We received the fruit medley and the Fruit Kitz mango ones. My son loved it! Great variety of fruit. The dried fruit are delicious. I had some too. Love how it has no added sugar, preservatives, additives or sulphites. Also great how it is NZ made. Great for lunchboxes for the kids and even for me for work.
Wow! was the first word my 2 year old after trying the freeze dried mixed berry. She loves it so much we had it as a snack, in our yogurt, with our pancakes and smoothies. We all loved it so much. second product was apple fruit noodle, it tastes great but i would say it’s a bit on a chewy side for a 2 year old otherwise amazing taste not to sweet.
We received the Dried Freeze Kiwi Fruit & the Apple Fruit Noodles, We loved the Kiwi Fruit the best, It has that yummy sweet & sour taste. And makes a great snack for anytime.
I loved the Apple Rings and would definitely buy these again as they are delicious and versatile – I can think of many ways to use them in baking, as well as with breakfast or as a snack. I had a few on some peanut butter toast – delicious!
We received the apple and berry fruit hitz and I gave it to my 17month old and snuck a taste first. It was so delicious I had to use good self control not to finish it for her! She loved it and downed it sooo fast. It suggested on the packet to freeze and pop in a lunch box and that is a brilliant idea. It would be sooo tasty and definitely something my older children would really enjoy.
My kids absolutely love the Tropical flavoured Fruit Hitz. My 1 year old daughter, couldn’t get enough, she devoured it. My 10 year old son absolutely loved them too. He asked if we can buy them all the time. The puree texture was fantastic, it had the perfect balance of all the different tropical fruits and it was not too sweet. We will definitely be buying them again and again.

We really enjoyed this trial from NZ apple products. I was aware that they made baby food pouches but it was so fun to try some products for my older children!
They all loved the fruit medley of freeze dried fruit. I would purchase these again for a special treat or to decorate a cake!

I generally try to avoid packaged food for lunchboxes but would definitely be much happier buying these from a NZ business if I needed to!
I’ve browsed the website and think I’d happily get apple sauce from here as well as some of the yummy snacks we have tried. I do think getting from the supermarket is the easiest as it does become abit complicated buying food from lots of sources!

I would buy these from the supermarket next time and maybe from the online store if we were buying lots.
They were tasty and a great easy snack, my girls (10 and 8 years) enjoyed them for afternoon tea and would be in a lunch box as well.
We got mixed berry and Fruits hits strawberry. I wasn’t sure my son will like it as he doesn’t really like strawberry but soon as I have him fruits hits he finished all so quickly 😀 Yes he loved it and enjoyed

I had never heard of New Zealand Apple Products before so was looking forward to the chance to sample some new options for the kids lunchboxes.
We received the Fruit Noodles and the Apple Rings, both of which were a hit with all three of my small people aged 9, 6 and 3. We brought out the bag of Fruit Noodles (odd name given that each piece is only an inch long!) after dinner to try and the bag was empty before I even realised! I wasn’t sure about the texture, they were a little dry and hard for my palate but the kids loved that they were a bit like lollies, and there was a good hit of apple once you got chewing. I loved the Apple Rings and would definitely buy these again as they are delicious and versatile – I can think of many ways to use them in baking, as well as with breakfast or as a snack. I had a few on some peanut butter toast – delicious!
I would probably pick these up again if I saw them in Countdown or New World, depending on the price point as these types of fruit snacks are often expensive compared with fresh, seasonal fruit. I would be unlikely to seek them out from the online store though.
My kids are now very keen to try the Apple Chips and I’m planning to look out for the freeze dried products as another healthy treat for lunchboxes.

We received a bag of Berry medley and a pouch of fruit hitz summer Berry.
I split the bag of Berry medley between my 2 daughters. One for lunch at school and one for lunch at home.
My youngest loved all the fruit in the bag and ate them up very quickly.
Mt eldest ate them all but told me when she got home she didn’t like that apple in it. But enjoyed the berry’s.
My littlest had the pouch. I think she found the flavour of them too strong as she did not want to eat it after the first mouthful. I gave it to my 3 year old son to eat. He said yum but sour.
I would definitely recommend the bags of dried fruit to friends and family
I have heard and tried New Zealand Apple products before. My son loves the fruit Pouches. We received the apple chips and the apple rings and my son who is 18 months loved them both especially the apple chips. He would have eaten them all if I had let him! I would like to buy these products from any supermarket where they are available as I probably would not purchase from the online store as the supermarket is more convenient. I definitely would purchase other products from New Zealand Apple products as I love how they are all natural ingredients. Which I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My son also likes NZ Apple Products’ fruit pouches, which come in several flavours – it would be good if they came in packets (maybe with a mix of flavours) with a cost saving.
Yes, I’d recommend these products. The sugar content is pretty high, but it’s natural sugar. They are tasty and were well-received!
We were lucky enough to be part of a trial last year for NZ Apple Products to try their pouches which my little girl absolutely loved. We hadn’t yet tried their Fruit Noodles or Apple Crisps.
We received the Fruit Noodles and Apple Crisps. My 1 year old daughter absolutely loved the Fruit Noodles and I think if she was allowed would have finished the whole bag in one sitting! I think texture and taste were perfect for her.
Unfortunately she was not a fan of the apple crisps which I totally was (worked out great for me!) I think it was more the texture that she’s not used to. She definitely took a taste and I think was quite conflicted but in the end gave it back to me.
I would buy these from any supermarket I shop from as these would be the most convenient places for me.
I personally would prefer supermarket over online store because I like to physically see and go to 1 place. I personally shop online for non-food items currently but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in future.
The apple pouches I would continue to purchase in a heart beat however my girl has moved away from these. I think I would get other fruit noodle flavours because of how well my girl responded in this trial.
I highly recommend NZ Apple Products to anyone who loves apple! All the products we’ve been lucky enough to try has been loved by adults and child alike and makes for tasty treats!
My only thing is personally I struggled to open the apple crisp bag. Could have just been me, but it definitely took more tries at opening than I would have imagined.
When my daughter tried to bite into the apple crisp, it wasn’t a clean cut and I wonder if that’s why she wasn’t keen on the texture. As I mentioned they tasted great to me as an adult and I totally didn’t mind the texture.
We received apple sticks & summer berry fruit hits. The apple sticks were start off light with just a hint of apple taste then they become really sour. My 2 year old didn’t like the sourness but my 6 & 12 year old thought they were okay.
The fruit hits were super sour but my 6 year old loved it!
I had never heard of New Zealand apple products before joining this trial but I’m excited that I know of them now! I’m keen to purchase other fruit products from there online store for my kids to try!

We have heard of New Zealand Apple Products before and love their products. Would love to see these in our local supermarkets and yes I would buy them online too! Especially if there is a subscribe and get discount option. I would purchase the baby pouches too for my 8 month old. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

We were very happy to be chosen to review the NZ Apple products! We received the freeze dried mixed berries and the apple sticks. All 4 of my kids ranging from 6 years old up to teens really enjoyed both of these products. The freeze dried mixed berries were much less sweet than the apple sticks, but my kids liked this about them, they were their favourite of the two products. However both products were really enjoyed by everyone.
I had heard of some of the products in this range before, such as the apple rings, but we had never tried these products before.
I would choose to buy these products from the supermarket and will lookout for them in the future. I would possibly buy them from an online store, especially if there were some good deals going.
I will be keen to try the other freeze dried fruits in this range, it’s great to have a healthy snack for our kids!

We recieved the Apple chips and the fruit noodles. We hadn’t heard of these products before. The children liked the taste of the noodles the best. We would buy these from our regular supermarket if we knew where to find them rather than online. Due to the kids feedback we would purchase the noodles as they are a good lunchbox filler or tramping snack and yes we would recommend these to friends.
We were lucky to be selected for the NZ Apple products trial and were sent the Fruit medley Freeze dried range and the Apple rings.
Before the trial I was only aware of the Apple chips from the NZ Apple product range but hadn’t purchased them.
Out of the 2 options we were sent (Freeze dried range and the Apple rings) our favourite was the freeze dried range as it had a variety of flavours to suit everyone and we all enjoyed the crunchy texture. Some of the berries were very sour but I really enjoyed that as did my 1 year old who is our less fussy child out of our 3. My 6 year old loved the apples in the freeze dried and my son who’s autistic and is very textured based when eating and has a limited diet made success by holding each option in the freeze dried, smelling, and putting some to his mouth which for us is a huge success with new foods.
Having these products on supermarket shelves would make me want to try them if they are easily accessible.
I would purchase online if we got further success with my son eating them / all kids really enjoying them although supermarket shelves for us would make me more likely to repurchase.
If the products were easily available to purchase I would definitely like to try the other products especially the Apple chips, mixed berry freeze dried option and the fruit noodles.

We were lucky enough to be chosen to trial the NZ Apple Products Fruit Snacks. We received the Apple Rings and Freeze Dried NZ Gold Kiwifruit. The Apple Rings had a soft, spongy texture which wasn’t all that appealing to myself but Miss 7 and Mr 5 really liked them. We all loved the Freeze Dried Gold Kiwifruit – this was hard and had a really tangy texture, it almost felt naughty to be eating it as it was like a sweet! This is probably something I would buy for special occassions or as a treat. I would be more likely to purchase these items from the supermarket, rather than online. I would probably like to try other freeze-dried fruit varieties from this company and possibly the fruit noodles as a treat item for the kids.

They baby/toddler (1 year old I’m referring to) appropriate, a great size, easy to hold and for them to eat…. but goes beyond just for the little ones. My 4 y/o and me loved them…. had a real tarty sweet yummy taste, still with the crisp bite element.
We wren’t a fan on the noodles, Were too tough to chew and didn’t like the taste all that much. I think if they were a little but more softer it would help it a lot.
Over all really like the freeze dried aples snd will happily buy again
We were lucky enough to be selected to trial the apple sticks and fruit noodles. Both my kids loved the apple sticks but my 2 year old wasn’t a fan of the fruit noodles but my 4 year old loved them. We have tried a couple of your other products so was nice to be able to try some new things. We will definately be buying. We prefer to buy locally rather than online save on shipping cost. We currently purchase the fruit hits and dried kiwi fruit they r a big favourite in our house . I always get comments from other mums when I put these in my kids lunchboxes and recommend you guys frequently.

Would love to trial these for my two school aged daughters and also I have baby boy who is 6 months old so will be keen for him to try these as well when he is ready. My kids all love fruit and these sound yummy and nutritious. It will be great to have another snack options and item to add to lunchboxes once they are back at school too.
My boys would love to trial these yummy sounding snacks. All my 3 boys love eating fruit and this would be a fantastic way to get more fruit in their lunchboxes everyday. I always say that variety is the key when making their lunchboxes healthy and yummy looking.
I have 3 fussy eaters in my home! I would love to try these as I’m always looking for ways to add healthier but fun snacks to their diet!
I have 3 kids ages 1,3 and 5. The rage looks to cater well for all these age groups and would love to try a healthy Nz made snack especially its great that this range can be combined to other foods in the house to enhance flavour. Also the packaging looks great and will make it easy to prep lunches or take as snacks on the go. These would be awesome to try for our family. Thanks.

Would love a chance to trial these especially with a fussy 2.5y/o who has a sensory issue with textures so getting fruit into him is difficult but he does eat fruit snacks. My 4y/o would absolutely love these she’s a fantastic water and would give me an honest review if she didn’t like something.
