I love using this product. It is not only a bit thicker than our current wipes, it’s also softer, made from quality plant based material, environmental friendly and the packaging are recyclable.
Makes clean up a breeze. Love the fact that they are biodegradable and made of 99.9% water. 10 out of 10 from me and my little one.
The wipes are so soft, so thick and the absorbency is amazing, perfect for cleaning up after a good feed, nappy change or general spills and cleanups.
These wipes have been a game changer 100% we love them! I have found compared to what we were using they are so much softer and also wipe off very clean and very fast
They are really thick and I have found that one wipe is often enough instead of what would have been a 2 wipe poo is easily cleaned up with one extra thick wipe!

These wipes are amazing. You could definitely feel the extra thickness. Excellent moisture level. Made clean up of little Miss 3 and surrounding surfaces so much easier. So good for our little ones (99.9%) and for the planet being biodegradable, plant based and plastic free. Thank you for choosing me to try these 👧🏼💕
The ultimate wipes were great! The packet size and weight seemed lots bigger and heavier than other brands and inside teh wipes were much thicker and absorbant also!
The wiping ability was great for kids’ messy limbs as well as floor and bench spills. I even utilised the wipes in the bathroom and round the skirting boards to great effect.
The smell and feel were nice and not rough or overpowering.
I would definately use these again on a regualr basis.
We absolutely loved these wipes… we loved how they are. Me and my son love them they are eco friendly!.. they are very gentle to kids skin as well. We would happily recommend these wipes to anyone and would like to thank kidspot for the opportunity to trial them!
These were excellent. Soft and gentle on my babies skin, whilst surprisingly thick. This meant I used less than I usually would for nappy changes. Excellent quality. I usually buy Huggies from the Supermarket, and these seemed to be a higher quality than the Huggies wipes.
Great product and will definitely buy again. I love that they are natural and free of chemicals, the ease of use via sturdy lid, and the wipes are a good size and thickness.
We absolutely loved these wipes… we loved how thick they are and how they gentle they are for our kids! 1 of our twins has eczema on his cheeks and these didn’t cause any pain or discomfort to him when we used them!

I was keen to trial the Silk Ultimate Baby wipes, and they did not disappoint! The packaging is attractive, including a click close lid to keep the wipes moisture inside. The smell is neutral and I wouldn’t imagine they would upset those that are sensitive to scents. The wipe is nice and thick, they separate easily when you are in the middle of a nappy change and maintain a good wetness to do the clean up job.
The main con for me is price. I usually buy Pams unscented wipes, a 80 pack is around $2.20 at my Pak n Save. Upon googling, these silk ultimate wipes currently come in at between $4.99 and $5.99 for 72. As someone on a tight budget, the silk ultimate wipes are more than double the price I normally pay. The Pams brand is thinner so I probably end up using more of them to do the same job. I also recognise the Silk ultimate baby wipes are described as biodegradable, plant based and 99.9 percent water so they are potentially much better for the skin and the planet which is admirable. If it wasn’t for my budget I would definitely buy these!
I have two little girls who are one and three so you can understand how appreciative we were to be included in this trial because we go through a lot of baby wipes!
The first thing I noticed was the ease of opening the packet. A lot of other wipes can be a real struggle to get into due to the sticky tab under the plastic top but this wasn’t an issue with Silk Baby Ultimate Ultra-Thick® Wipes. Secondly, when I pulled out a wipe, I noticed the luxurious, thick feeling of the wipe which was again different to the thin, sometimes too-wet feeling of other brands. The amount of moisture in the wipe was perfect, I was able to clean up my one year olds overnight nappy very easily and didn’t leave her bottom looking red, which makes me feel comfortable about using them again. I actually only needed one wipe to clean her up from her overnight nappy which is impressive!

It was a great weekend to test out the wipes with my 2 kiddies, we had a busy messy weekend of a birthday party and visiting the zoo. We have never used these before this trial.
When they arrived my 18month got so excited to open them up!
Compared to our other wipes we use they definitely smell so much better, a fresh and refreshing smell but not over doing it. They do not stick together or clump together when you take them out the packaging which is so great when you have to rush with little ones! They are so moist and wipe little sticky hands and faces and bums with so much ease, they seem to last forever!! The thickness is really great especially with wiping up messy nappies, there is hardly a chance of the wet wipe tearing or breaking and you get a nasty suprise on or hands! I love that they do not leave any dry spot or rashes on my little one, my 8 year old has eczema on his hands and 18month old gets dry spots, I found using the wipes did not dry out or aggravate their skin. My 8 year old said he felt quite refreshed and clean after wiping his sticky hands, usually our regular wipes are just for a basic wipe on sticky fingers to hold us off to washing hands. These wipes seriously did the clean up better and seemed to absorb more mess then other wipes do. Also what I really loved is my 18month got ice cream all over his shirt, now usually I would wipe his shirt down and then have to change him as the shirt is wiped but sticky, we tested this yesterday and the shirt was wiped and not sticky afterwards, so that was a win for me! Making my life a little easier.
Over all they really do hit all the right buttons for everything you looking for in a wet wipe for kids of all ages and spaces in life!!!
I would seriously look into buying these wet wipes and recommend them!
I used these wipes for my 1 year old and 3 year old. We found that they are softer, thicker, and larger than most wipes. I really loved the size of them! The best wipes I have used! I also liked the fact that they were made from quality plant based material, environmental friendly and the packaging is recyclable. Would definitely recommend to anyone! It will be our new go to!
Would like to thank kidspot and silkbaby for giving me an opportunity to trial their ultimate ultra thick wipes which- as their name says are really thick and nice and just one wipe is enough to wipe off baby’s bottom however I found if you have to clean a heavy and smudged poo – their size is a bit small considering with one hand you are controlling a wriggly baby.Had they been slightly bigger in size they would have been the ultimate God sent wipes- thick,heavy, no nasties,no fragrance,wipe amazingly soft – nice and gentle, don’t give any rash,are plastic free.
All in all- they are the best wipes in market and anyone can buy them without having any double thoughts- the only con being their size.
I really enjoyed these wipes. I couldn’t feel the chemicals between my fingers like I usually can with wipes, so I felt very comfortable using it on my baby.
I really liked how soft they were, as a lot of products can tend to be a tad rough on my 3 month old baby’s bum, but these were good.
However the price is too much for me to keep buying. It’s just a bit too high for me personally to justify as we are on a very tight budget.
Silk isn’t usually a brand of wipe I buy; I haven’t used this brand before which is biased of me but I just went by price and just assumed silk was a cheap brand and probably no good. So I was VERY interested to sample these.
The first thing I look at when assessing whether I think wipes will be any good, is the feel and weight of the product. I am happy to say these felt heavy, which means there is plenty of wetness in the wipes. I was also impressed by the packaging, they didn’t look tacky and they opened and pulled out really well. There’s nothing worse than wipes sticking together or being difficult to pull out, whilst trying to hold your child with the other hand.
The wipes came out easily and opened well. They did a great job of wiping my son’s bottom – his poo’s can often stick to his skin, making it a bit of a job to clean but these did cleaned him well and he didn’t complain.
The only cons I would mention, is the wipe wasn’t as big as ones I have bought in the past and they would be my preference going forward. I find big wipes in size help get some coverage on my child’s bottom and makes for wiping quicker; however, this is not a deal breaker.
Overall, I am really impressed with these wipes and this brand and I would definitely consider purchasing them ESPECIALLY if they made bigger wipes. These RRP for $5.99 or so which is $0.99 dearer than what I usually buy so I would buy these as a second option.

Received my wipes 3 days ago, wow! What a great product, the water wipes are very very generous in size, so you use less! They’re not dry at all and have given my daughters no nasty rashes or redness like other wipes have. Will definitely be buying again. These wipes are a new favourite!
Thanks to kidspot for the opportunity to trial these wipes…my little one is 5 months old and quite wriggly and it helps having these larger sized wipes, which means they last longer with better coverage too.. the packaging is easily noticeable and i found it comforting knowing they were 99.9% water , so reached for them more often than my usual brand… the thickness helps to clean up messes very well and in one swipe sometimes… my only issue would be that on day 2 the little flap bent back a bit and broke off completely but does not go back… luckily there is a sticker enclosure as well that allows it to be sealed still…i would definitely recommend these wipes but would like to see the company use better sturdier packaging cos changing babies can be quite a vigorous activity…
Overall though a great product and works very well… does what it says and is definitely worth the buy.
These wipes have been great! We already use silk water wipes due to my son’s sensitive skin but these are even better due to the added thickness. It’s so nice and soft on his skin and I find even better for change time. It’s great that they are 99.9% water as my son loves putting wipes in his mouth so it’s good to know he not putting any nastys in his mouth.

These wipes have been a game changer 100% we love them! I have found compared to what we were using they are so much softer and also wipe off very clean and very fast hence why I couldn’t get a picture during the process with my busy toddler! Which is great for an easy change.
I will highly recommend these wipes to friends to try out especially with them being so good for our little ones wherever they are used to clean up!

The packet is also very good with the sealed click tight lid and is super easy to open quickly even my little one could manage it himself!

I absolutely love this Silk Baby Ultimate ultra thick wipes. My seven and half months old baby girl have a very sensitive skin and this product does not irritate her at all. The wipes are so soft, so thick and the absorbency is amazing, perfect for cleaning up after a good feed, nappy change or general spills and cleanups. I honestly use two plys of wipes from other brands to clean up mess but silk wipes made one thick wipe cleaning possible. I love how it’s plant-based and plastic free, it’s not only good for my baby’s skin but good for our environment too.
If your like me I love to keep wipes on on the go, I usually keep it in my nappy bag, nursery, around the house and even in my car. Silk wipes does the job its very handy and useful. I highly recommend it.

I used one to wipe my daughter’s messy face and it did not leave little pieces of its materials on her skin. I rinsed it with water and re-use it to wipe the excess mess on the table and it’s not falling apart unlike the Huggies baby wipes. A bit expensive than the Babywise brand we mostly use but worth spending the money to help the planet. I will definitely buy this product and I will recommend using this baby wipes to my family and Mom friends.

I have a 3y and a 10mth. We go through wipes just as quickly as we go through toilet paper! I’d love to find one where I don’t have to use 10 to clean up a poo or the fibres come off and stick to sticky hands! My babies will definitely put your wipes to the test!

My son is 9weeks old I like to use products that have not much chemicals in them .he has sensitive skin with lot of bby products .I would b happy to try these wipes ..n write a review for this product. .other silk products have been fine on mi sons skin so far .
I’d love to try these for my 2 yr old. A lot of wipes give him rashes and it would be great not having to pay $8 a packet on wipes if these worked on him 🙂
